Jeb Bush at CPAC 2015, where he chose the Q & A Format for his entire time period. He was interviewed by Sean Hannity. There was a walkout on the part of some after Bush took the stage. But Bush handled himself well as he answered the questions posed to him by Hannity.
Bush articulated that Conservatives must be “for” things and not just against things:
1. For sustained Economic Growth that help the Middle Classs
2. A strong National Defense
Hannity asked Bush about Immigration. Bush stood his ground that he supports a “Pathway to Citizenship” for illegals who are already in the country. But he also said the first order of business is to secure the borders to prevent the problem from continuing. He took the question head-on, and he got a lot of applause as well as boos from the crowd.
On “Common Core,” Bush said he does support high Education Standards, but he opposes it being Federal Government driven. It ought to be controlled by, and set by state and local Governments and School Boards..
I just do not like nor want Jeb Bush anywhere in govt. I believe he would be a Mitch McConnell Republican.
