Sean Hannity and Michelle Malkin vs. Juan Williams on the Issue of Obama’s ‘Lies’
Fox News host Sean Hannity highlighted President Barack Obama’s “lies” during his show on Wednesday. He began by playing a compilation video of the president pledging not to “take a dime from lobbyists,” promising to cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term and promising to close Guantanamo Bay, among other things.
Obama failed to fulfill any of those promises — and not even his supporters would try to argue otherwise.
Hannity argued that Obama didn’t follow through on additional promises as well, including failing to prevent middle class tax increases (payroll tax hike) and imposing increased health care costs on Americans.
“When it comes to Obamacare, the CBO projects that by 2022, 7 million Americans will not be able to keep their employer insurance program thanks to Obamacare,” Hannity said.
Fox News political analyst Juan Williams defended Obama’s health care law, saying that everyone knew the health care overhaul would be implemented in stages and associated costs are inevitable, just like they were with Social Security and Medicare.
Michelle Malkin was not as easy on the president. In fact, she called the president the “lying liar in chief.”
“Could you spell it out any clearer in all of those soundbites the comparison between what he promised and what people are getting?” Malkin began, adding that even unions are trying to get opt of Obamacare.
Malkin also lamented the payroll tax hikes that hit the middle class.
Wild Thing’s comment.…………….
Good for Michelle Malkin.
Poor Juan. His arguements are like trying to stand on one broken leg and he has no chance against our fireball Michelle. She is dynamite on steroids and I wish she was Speaker of the House instead of the alcoholic crybaby we have now.
