Support for Chik-fil-A is getting national attention ~ Fantastic!

Dan Cathy, the president and chief operating officer of popular fast food chain Chick-fil-A, said in a radio interview this week that legalizing same-sex marriage is “inviting God’s judgment on our nation.”
Appearing on “The Ken Coleman Show,” Cathy spoke of his company’s pride in its socially conservative character, but then offered an assessment of same-sex marriage that might lose the chain a few customers.
“I think we are inviting God’s judgment on our nation when we shake our fist at Him and say, ‘We know better than you as to what constitutes a marriage,’” said Cathy.

Chick-fil-A is promoting National Eat at Chick-fil-A Day on August 1st.

‘Imagine how clearly that message would be heard across the nation if Chick-fil-A reported record sales this Wednesday!’ said [National Organization for Marriage’s’ [Brian] Brown, who has joined Huckabee in supporting Chick-fil-A day. ‘Please join me this Wednesday in supporting this courageous company, while at the same time sending a powerful message of support to every individual and every company with the courage to stand for marriage.’”

Wild Thing’s comment…………
This is great and I love the response they are getting.
Of course the attacks from the left are horrendous and vile, but they always are and we have seen over the years just how vile they can be.

Just wondering if we also say “keep the change” would that increase their earnings and would the extra finances go into one of their many charitable causes?
Have always admired Dan Cathy for closing on Sunday for their employees.
Like the food too!!!

Anyone who has read the Old Testament of the Bible, and believes it, knows that God used weather to get the attention of nations, especially, Israel when they went into sin. Drought, famine, pestilence, floods, earthquakes, etc were all used. Look what’s happened with our weather in the past few years. Forecasters are calling them weather patterns like never seen before. But then, there’s probably nothing to it; just the weather.

There are two fast food chains Chick-fil-a being one, In and Out the other, that I will patronize any time.
The reasons being; The restaurants are always spotless, there is one employee, on the floor at all times, making sure it stays that way. Each and every employee is clean cut and presentable in a positive way,and greets customers with positive remarks. lastly the food is well prepared and is delicious.
Both of these restaurants not only have been accused of having, “Chrisitian” leanings, and it has been done in a derogatory way.
Yet their dining rooms are always full and there are always lines at their drive throughs.
Political Correctness has once again been shown to be a poor indicator to use, when making a judgement regarding an individual or an organization.

I have eaten at Chick-fil-a only once. No reason why not more often. Maybe location. I now live in a new neighborhood ans see there is one less than a 5 minute drive from me. I will hit their drive up window 1 Aug. Hope there is a good line.
