For those that missed the debate Saturday night. The candidates were asked about waterboarding. So on Sunday Obama was asked about their replies and he said he was agaisnt it.

This was Rick Perry’s reply at the debate .

If you love this nation and the men and women who defend it; how can you not love Col West?
I love Col. West. To me, refering to him as Col. West is a lot more respectful than calling him Congressman West. Don’t you know that Ronald Reagan would be thrilled to know Col. West and Sarah Palin and Rick Perry.
Tom, I agree 200%. Colonel is a lot more respectable title than Congressman ever will be. Matter-of-fact, so is Private, Seaman, Airman, Sergeant, Petty Officer, etc.
