Man guilty of posing as white supremecists and issuing death threats
There was a report that a protester outside of the Dingell office was actually a Dingell staffer/volunteer or something. This is a very common tactic for the left.

A black man who pretended to be a white supremacist on the Internet has entered a guilty plea to charges that he issued death threats.
U.S. Attorney Jim Letten says 20-year old Dyron Hart pled guilty in federal court to “communicating threats in interstate commerce.”

“According to court documents, Hart… admitted that he created a fictitious name and used the photograph of a white supremacist to communicated a threat. He then purported to be a person outraged by the election of President Barack Obama,” Letten said in a news release.

Letten says that Hart sent the threat to an African American student at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux “indicating he wanted to kill African American individuals because of the election of the President.”
Hart now faces a maximum 5 years in prison and a fine of $250,0000.
Sentencing has been scheduled for November 18, 2009.

Wild Thing’s comment…….
There are more phony incidents than real ones! It is good to see one get caught!
If there was as much racism in this country as the left thinks, Obama would never have become Senator. I don’t know any whites that are inciting racism like that likes of Barack Obama, Rev. Wright , Al Sharpton, and the Black Panthers, Shelia Jackson Lee, Maxine Waters the list is long .

… Thank you Eden for sending this to me.

Mark says:

The face of White Supremacy has changed. I wonder if the AG will drop the charges like he did for the Black Panthers. If these are state charges Holder may have a hard time sweeping this one under the rug.

Jack says:

Dyron Hart is on the same plane as John Allen Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo, the only difference is he didn’t carry out the threats. But we are being racist to even talk about one of them as if he were a whity. All of this is an attempt to incite a race war by an individual, the same as Charlie Manson tried. Glad we don’t have that bulldog Reno on watch even though Nappy isn’t any better. I hope you are right Mark and Holder keeps his racist nose out of this case. Though Hillary just might take his case pro bono, she loves the Panthers, it’s a family affair.
Thanks Eden and WT.

BobF says:

Mark, I also think the charges will be dropped or at least only probation given. After all, he’s an Obama supporter and cut from the same cloth as the Black Panthers.

cuchieddie(former Army Infantry) says:

And did anyone notice that this wasn’t classified as a hate crime?
Hate crimes are reserved for only us crackers.

TomR says:

This is fairly common practice. A lot of Blacks want to keep racism alive and flourishing. The entire Congrassional Black causus, the Black Panthers and other Black groups are active practitioners of racism. They have a lot of government laws and now fianancing supporting them.
BTW – I bought several boxes of .308 and 30-06 yesterday. I am keeping my hoard growing.

Wild Thing says:

cuchieddie(former Army Infantry), I didn’t
see it stated that way either.

Wild Thing says:

Tom, I am glad you got more, that is
great.
Your right aout their groups getting
financing now more then before.
