B.Hussein Obama in 08 ~ “Fighting the power one whitey at a time.”

Sen. Barack Obama has been linked to another controversial pastor, this time a declared spiritual adviser who has called white American mayors “slave masters,” and referred to black preachers and politicians who “protect” the “white man” as “house n-ggers.”

Rev. MEEKS Ad, from 2004 Radio Ad Never heard outside of Illinois. Barack Obama chooses controversial, homophobic, Reverend James Meeks to endorse him !!!!!!

Rev. Meeks is an Illinois state senator and serves as the pastor of the 22,000 member Salem Baptist Church in Chicago, where Obama frequently campaigned back in 2003 when running for Senate.
Rev. Meeks has been described as someone in which Obama seeks spiritual counsel from, according to an article printer in the Chicago Sun Times. He will even serve as an Obama delegate at the 2008 Democratic convention in Denver.
Rev. Meeks has served on Obama’s exploratory committee for the presidency and was even listed on Obama’s campaign website as one his ‘influential black supporters’. The Chicago Sun Times also reported that both Rev. Meeks and Obama share a history of receiving substantial campaign contributions from the indicted real estate “criminal” Tony Rezko.
Aside from numerous other reports linking the two together, the real issue is the character of Rev. Meeks, who is known for his racially charged remarks and homophobic ways.
In a 2006 sermon, Rev. Meeks stated, “We don’t have slave masters. We got mayors. But they still the same white people who are presiding over systems where black people are not able, or to be educated. You got some preachers that are house niggers. You got some elected officials that are house niggers. And rather than them trying to break this up, they gonna fight you to protect this white man.” He later defended that sermon during an interview with a Chicago CBS 2 reporter.
Not to mention Rev. Meeks homophobic ways are well noted. A 2007 newsletter from the Southern Poverty Law Center named Rev. Meeks one of the “10 leading black religious voices in the anti-gay movement.”
The newsletter cites him as a key member of Chicago’s ‘Gatekeepers’ network (an interracial group of evangelical ministers who strive to erase the division between church and state) and “a stalwart anti-gay activist… [who]… has used his House of Hope mega-church to launch petition drives for the Illinois Family Institute (IFI), a major state-level ‘family values’ pressure group that lauded him last year for leading African Americans in ‘clearly understanding the threat of gay marriage.’”

Wild Thing’s comment……..
Let’s see, Rev. Meeks, Rev. Wright, Rev. Moss, Father Pfleger…… four of the most loathsome “holy men” in our lifetimes. How many more of these guy has that moron got in the wings? This is out and out pushing racism from these people and there should be outrage even in the media about this kind of thing. Imus was fired for a whole lot less then these guys are saying.
Obama’s problems continue. He still has this Rev. Meeks do deal with. He also has the Black Panthers, Ayers, and Rezko in his closet.
Obama has so many skeletons in the closet, if he gets in the White House it will become the Haunted House.

Obama Vows to Disarm America

Obama’s goal? ‘Jeopardize U.S. battlefield superiority’
Critics blast Dem for assurance he’ll cut nation’s defense dollars
WND
An organization dedicated to the mission of protecting and defending individual freedoms and rights under the U.S. Constitution is criticizing presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama for promising to cut, and possibly gut, U.S. military defense spending.
The Center for Individual Freedom, a non-partisan, non-profit, has posted one version of a YouTube video of Obama “inexplicably” pledging” to “unilaterally jeopardize American military superiority.”

“When you find yourself in a hole, just keep digging,” the organization said in its accompanying commentary. “That appears to be the logic of Sen. Barack Obama, who already finds himself in the proverbial hole on defense and national security issues. At this pace, he’ll reach China by November.”

The organization said the Obama video, which originally was posted online by BarackObamadotcom in late 2007 but has been reproduced in other versions too, he tells an audience at a group called Caucus4Priorities he would cut “tens of billions of dollars” in spending.
This would come at a time “when our armed forces are already stretched and in need of new weapon technologies and armor,” said CFIF.
The original 2007 video is here: Barack Obama promised a leftist group that he would disarm the United States.

He also guarantees he will “cut investments in unproven missile defense systems,” and he “will not weaponize space,” and that “unnecessary” spending will be eliminated.
“Most alarmingly, however, Sen. Obama literally promises to ‘slow development of future combat systems,'” CFIF said.

“Think about the frightening implications of this pledge for a moment.

“Future combat systems are the cornerstone of American military modernization and superiority. As America fights the war on terror and deters potential military aggression by rogue nations cross the world, advanced combat systems provide us with better equipment, unmatched situational awareness and communication systems that result in American battlefield domination. Other ascendant nations such as China and Russia seek to match our prowess, but we continue to outpace them,” CFIF said.

It cited new satellite technology that “allows us to pinpoint and eliminate the enemy, unmanned drones that promise amazing advances in battlefield safety and effectiveness, bunker-buster weapons that penetrate deep into the caves in which remote terrorists hide and communications systems that allow lightning-quick troop deployment and rescue missions.”

“They ultimately protect the lives and health of our troops, just as they protect us,” CFIF said. “Despite this, Sen. Obama bizarrely pledges to jeopardize our battlefield superiority.”

The group cited the nation’s stealth aircraft, which penetrated Saddam Hussein’s air defenses, precision-guided weaponry that has reduced harm to non-combatants and the Strategic Defense Initiative, “which forced Mikhail Gorbachev’s negotiating hand and helped end the Cold War.”
Obama uses the speech to emphasize that he is “the only major candidate who opposed this war from the beginning.”
He says:
Thanks so much for the Caucus4Priorities, for the great work you’ve been doing. As president, I will end misguided defense policies and stand with Caucus4Priorities in fighting special interests in Washington.
First, I’ll stop spending $9 billion a month in Iraq. I’m the only major candidate who opposed this war from the beginning. And as president I will end it.
Second, I will cut tens of billions of dollars in wasteful spending.
I will cut investments in unproven missile defense systems.
I will not weaponize space.
I will slow our development of future combat systems.
And I will institute an independent “Defense Priorities Board” to ensure that the Quadrennial Defense Review is not used to justify unnecessary spending.
Third, I will set a goal of a world without nuclear weapons. To seek that goal, I will not develop new nuclear weapons; I will seek a global ban on the production of fissile material; and I will negotiate with Russia to take our ICBMs off hair-trigger alert, and to achieve deep cuts in our nuclear arsenals.

“In what realm does Sen. Obama’s ideology dwell, that he would expect his promises to somehow endear him to American swing voters?” CFIF asked. “What makes Sen. Obama’s statement most perplexing is the fact that he already faces an uphill battle to convince American voters that he won’t be the second coming of Jimmy Carter in undermining our military forces.”

Wild Thing’s comment………
I have posted this video before, but I did not have the added article and it is important too. It even had the video with it so this really is the original video of when he spoke.
How can anyone be this stupid, he has no idea how important our military is, how important it is to have the best in technology and anything we would need to defend our country and aid our troops.

….Thank you Mark for the link to this update and article.

Get Me from the Church on Time by Russ Vaughn

Get Me from the Church on Time
Russ Vaughn
I’m gettin’ elected in November;
Ding, dong the polls are gonna chime.
So plug in some stoppers,
I’ll tell some more whoppers,
To get me from this church on time.
I’m gonna be there in November;
Just one more Hill left to climb.
She’s kickin’ up a rumpus,
Still trying to bump us,
So get me from this church on time.
I’ll still be running in November,
If I can dodge the Clinton slime.
Billary’s tryin’ to tar me,
With their Blue Collar Army;
Please get me from this church on time.
I’m gettin’ elected in November;
Ding, dong the polls are gonna chime.
Rush Limbaugh wants to diss me;
Chris Matthews wants to kiss me;
Just get me from this church on time.
I gotta make it to November,
Got to avoid the grit and grime.
If I dump the racist preachers
And fools cheering in the bleachers,
Will that get me from this church on time?

“Two Wars” by Army Ranger Nate Self

Nate Self’s account of Rescue on Roberts Ridge in Afghanistan. Even though Self has suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder, the book was a wonderful account of Self’s days at West Point, his time in Kosovo, becoming a Ranger (1st Platoon, Alpha Company, 1st Batallion, 75th Ranger Regiment), and then the battle in Afghanistan.
Decorated Iraq/Afghanistan war hero Nate Self talks about his new book, “Two Wars: One Hero’s Fight on Two Fronts – Abroad and Within,” detailing the now historic rescue on Roberts Ridge .

” We cherish, too, the poppy red That grows on fields where valor led; It seems to signal to the skies That blood of heroes never dies. — Moina Michael, “We Shall Keep the Faith,” 1918 .

The Memorial Day tradition of wearing red poppies to honor our fallen American veterans was inspired by Miss Moina Michael, a Georgia teacher who was inspired by John McCrae, a Canadian military doctor who wrote the famous World War I poem, “In Flanders Fields.”

They, in turn, have inspired me to commemorate a story of war and sacrifice that happened.
The battle was Operation Anaconda in eastern Afghanistan.
The enemy targets: al Qaeda troops and Taliban. In the early hours of March 4, 2002, the bloodiest date so far in the War on Terror abroad, U.S. Navy SEAL Neil Roberts joined his unit aboard a Chinook helicopter.

They were assigned to conduct a clandestine insertion onto a 10,000-foot mountaintop to establish an overwatch position, protecting other American forces participating in the attack. As he prepared to jump from the helicopter ramp to the landing zone, the 32-year-old Roberts and the rest of the crew came under fire from a hail of rocket-propelled grenades. The aircraft lurched. Roberts was thrown from the helicopter. He fell several feet into al Qaeda-infested territory on the Kharwar Mountains. According to classified reports, Roberts survived the fall and valiantly held off enemy troops for more than half an hour. But when his machine gun jammed, Petty Officer 1st Class Roberts was overtaken and killed at close range by three suspected al Qaeda soldiers.

A six-man commando team set out to rescue Roberts. “We don’t leave Americans behind,” explained Brigadier General John Rosa, deputy director of operations for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, after the deadly fight. The team was also met by heavy fire, and Air Force Tech. Sgt. John Chapman, 36, was killed at the scene.

During a follow-up gun battle on the mountain that lasted 12 hours, five other men from a quick-reaction rescue squad died: Senior Airman Jason Cunningham, 26; Army Pfc. Matthew A. Commons, 21; Army Sgt. Bradley S. Crose, 27; Army Sgt. Philip J. Svitak, 31; and Army Spc. Marc A. Anderson, 30.

All of the men received posthumous honors, including the Purple Heart, the Bronze Star and meritorious service awards, for their heroism on the frozen peak in eastern Afghanistan now known as “Roberts Ridge.” But for Roberts, giving his life to his country was its own reward.

In a letter he wrote to his wife before the attack in case of death, he reflected:

“I consider myself blessed with the best things a man could ever hope for. I loved being a SEAL. If I died doing something for the Teams, then I died doing what made me happy. Very few people have the luxury of that.” In a memorial statement, Roberts’ family elaborated on what motivated their cherished son, brother, husband and father: “He made the ultimate sacrifice to ensure that everyone who calls himself or herself an American truly has all the privileges of living in the greatest country in the world.” May we never forget what happened.

Rock Pioneer Bo Diddley Another Legend Gone

Bo Diddley, a founding father of rock ‘n’ roll whose distinctive “shave and a haircut, two bits” rhythm and innovative guitar effects inspired legions of other musicians, died Monday after months of ill health. He was 79.
Diddley died of heart failure at his home in Archer, Florida, spokeswoman Susan Clary said. He had suffered a heart attack in August, three months after suffering a stroke while touring in Iowa. Doctors said the stroke affected his ability to speak, and he had returned to Florida to continue rehabilitation.
The legendary singer and performer, known for his homemade square guitar, dark glasses and black hat, was an inductee into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, had a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame, and received a lifetime achievement award in 1999 at the Grammy Awards. In recent years he also played for the elder President Bush and President Clinton.
Diddley appreciated the honors he received, “but it didn’t put no figures in my checkbook.”
“If you ain’t got no money, ain’t nobody calls you honey,” he quipped.
The name Bo Diddley came from other youngsters when he was growing up in Chicago, he said in a 1999 interview.

“I don’t know where the kids got it, but the kids in grammar school gave me that name,” he said, adding that he liked it so it became his stage name. Other times, he gave somewhat differing stories on where he got the name. Some experts believe a possible source for the name is a one-string instrument used in traditional blues music called a diddley bow.

His first single, “Bo Diddley,” introduced record buyers in 1955 to his signature rhythm: bomp ba-bomp bomp, bomp bomp, often summarized as “shave and a haircut, two bits.” The B side, “I’m a Man,” with its slightly humorous take on macho pride, also became a rock standard.
The company that issued his early songs was Chess-Checkers records, the storied Chicago-based labels that also recorded Chuck Berry and other stars.
Howard Kramer, assistant curator of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, said in 2006 that Diddley’s Chess recordings “stand among the best singular recordings of the 20th century.”
Diddley’s other major songs included, “Say Man,” “You Can’t Judge a Book by Its Cover,” “Shave and a Haircut,” “Uncle John,” “Who Do You Love?” and “The Mule.”
Diddley’s influence was felt on both sides of the Atlantic. Buddy Holly borrowed the bomp ba-bomp bomp, bomp bomp rhythm for his song “Not Fade Away.”
The Rolling Stones’ bluesy remake of that Holly song gave them their first chart single in the United States, in 1964. The following year, another British band, the Yardbirds, had a Top 20 hit in the U.S. with their version of “I’m a Man.”
Diddley was also one of the pioneers of the electric guitar, adding reverb and tremolo effects. He even rigged some of his guitars himself.
“He treats it like it was a drum, very rhythmic,” E. Michael Harrington, professor of music theory and composition at Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn., said in 2006.
Many other artists, including the Who, Bruce Springsteen and Elvis Costello copied aspects of Diddley’s style.
Growing up, Diddley said he had no musical idols, and he was not entirely pleased that others drew on his innovations.

“I don’t like to copy anybody. Everybody tries to do what I do, update it,” he said. “I don’t have any idols I copied after.”

“They copied everything I did, upgraded it, messed it up. It seems to me that nobody can come up with their own thing, they have to put a little bit of Bo Diddley there,” he said.

Despite his success, Diddley claimed he only received a small portion of the money he made during his career. Partly as a result, he continued to tour and record music until his stroke. Between tours, he made his home near Gainesville in north Florida.

“Seventy ain’t nothing but a damn number,” he told The Associated Press in 1999. “I’m writing and creating new stuff and putting together new different things. Trying to stay out there and roll with the punches. I ain’t quit yet.”

Diddley, like other artists of his generations, was paid a flat fee for his recordings and said he received no royalty payments on record sales. He also said he was never paid for many of his performances.

“I am owed. I’ve never got paid,” he said. “A dude with a pencil is worse than a cat with a machine gun.”

In the early 1950s, Diddley said, disc jockeys called his type of music, “Jungle Music.” It was Cleveland disc jockey Alan Freed who is credited with inventing the term “rock ‘n’ roll.”
Diddley said Freed was talking about him, when he introduced him, saying, “Here is a man with an original sound, who is going to rock and roll you right out of your seat.”
Diddley won attention from a new generation in 1989 when he took part in the “Bo Knows” ad campaign for Nike, built around football and baseball star Bo Jackson. Commenting on Jackson’s guitar skills, Diddley turned to the camera and said, “He don’t know Diddley.”

“I never could figure out what it had to do with shoes, but it worked,” Diddley said. “I got into a lot of new front rooms on the tube.”

Born as Ellas Bates on Dec. 30, 1928, in McComb, Mississippi, Diddley was later adopted by his mother’s cousin and took on the name Ellis McDaniel, which his wife always called him.
When he was 5, his family moved to Chicago, where he learned the violin at the Ebenezer Baptist Church. He learned guitar at 10 and entertained passers-by on street corners.
By his early teens, Diddley was playing Chicago’s Maxwell Street.

“I came out of school and made something out of myself. I am known all over the globe, all over the world. There are guys who have done a lot of things that don’t have the same impact that I had,” he said.

Here is the Nike commercial he did.

Wild Thing’s comment……..
Born in 1928. A rock and roll legend! Helped bring blues/boogie to the world.

Angelina Jolie and Brad All For Firearms and “not afraid to use them.”

Angelina as assassin Fox in the fantasy-thriller ‘Wanted’

‘I’ve got my Tomb Raider guns – and I’m not afraid to use them,’ says Angelina

Daily Mail.co.uk

“Angelina Jolie has revealed she owns real versions of the guns she toted in the movie Tomb Raider – and she and partner Brad Pitt wouldn’t be afraid to use them. The actress, who is rumoured to have given birth to twin girls Isla and Amelie, says she and Pitt keep a firearm in their house to protect themselves and their expanding brood…”

A solid gold pendant nestles in the plunging neckline of Angelina Jolie’s black dress.
Forgive me if this is the first thing I notice when she rises to greet me.
But it leaps out because it’s no ordinary bauble; it has the unmistakable shape of a machine gun.
Apparently it was made by a jeweller based on a drawing by her son, Maddox, and given to her as a Mother’s Day present by her partner, Brad Pitt.
I suppose I’m mostly taken aback because of our situation; Jolie is very pregnant, with twins expected any day now, and we are in the rarefied surroundings of a suite in the Carlton hotel in Cannes.
It’s old-school luxury: yellow Provençal wallpaper, a salmon-pink sofa upon which Jolie perches and a matching chair for me.
As it happens, she is even more rarefied than the setting – and this suite costs £1,600. Despite the Carlton being the temporary home of all the big Hollywood studios and production companies during the film festival, she and Pitt are actually staying in a £4,000-a-night villa at the Hotel du Cap, a 30-minute drive from Cannes on the outskirts of Antibes, where Harrison Ford, Robert De Niro and Madonna are also staying. A helicopter is on standby there for a swift maternity-hospital transfer.)
But as it happens, the machine-gun motif is entirely apt, as we begin by talking about guns and how she would kill for real if compelled to do so. One of the movies she’s in Cannes to promote is Wanted, in which she plays assassin Fox, part of a shadowy team called the Fraternity who kill the bad guys before the bad guys get to kill anyone else.
James McAvoy plays a nerd who’s hauled out of a boring, nine-to-five existence to be trained up. McAvoy said he felt odd handling the weapons in the film.

Jolie had no such qualms. And she says intense training in various combat techniques for films such as Wanted and Mr & Mrs Smith – the action thriller on which she met Pitt – means she could protect herself in a fight if she had to.

‘If anybody comes into my home and tries to hurt my kids, I’ve no problem shooting them,’ she says with a dry candour.

‘I bought original, real guns of the type we used in Tomb Raider for security. Brad and I are not against having a gun in the house, and we do have one. And yes, I’d be able to use it if I had to. I could handle myself. I think there are certain combat skills that would come out. I tend to want to throw an elbow. I don’t know why. I’ve learned all the punches, head butts and kicks – yet getting someone with my elbow is my first instinct.

‘I think it’s good for anybody to learn a skill when it comes to fight training – be it kung fu, boxing or kick-boxing – because self-defence is important. Brad and I want our kids to learn it. They’re going to get into a fight some day, so they might as well learn how to take care of themselves.

I was kind of a punk when I was a kid, but I didn’t get picked on. I was left alone because I was a bit of a loner. I would get into fights on behalf of other people. I wasn’t a pushover. So I wasn’t the one who was targeted.

‘There’s a side to me that people know is humanitarian, and there’s a side to me that’s a mummy. But there’s also the side that likes to get down and dirty and run and jump around and fire guns. I don’t want to lose touch with that.
That’s one of the reasons I like to do action movies. It’s good for me every once in a while.’

Looking at her now, I believe she could handle herself. She’s looked thin, but not any more; Jolie is impressively big – she rests a protective hand on her mighty bump during our talk – and her arms are no longer bony.
She’s 33 in a few days’ time; her exotic face, with those skyscraper-high cheekbones and naturally full lips which must be on the wall of every plastic surgeon in Hollywood, look just as good in real life.
She has a deep West Coast drawl and is refreshingly direct – ask a question and she bats it right back .
She is still completely redolent of the girl who looked sensational in Lara Croft’s spray-on latex tankini, complete with a Magnum in each thigh holster, or the sexy, heavily tattooed, gun-toting assassin she plays in Wanted.
Based on the Mark Millar comic books, the film contains violent action throughout, but Jolie has no issue with this.

‘If the Fraternity was just a bunch of people that killed for fun and enjoyed torturing people, then I wouldn’t be interested. But I liked this idea that if there were people who you knew were going to kill others in the future, should you take them out? And that’s interesting in a bigger political way.

‘For example, we have an international criminal court that can issue arrest warrants for Darfur, the Congo and other places. But are we ready to back it up? And if we don’t back it up, what’s the other solution?
‘Do we just go to war and kill a bunch of civilians in the process? I think there does need to be something to prevent other kinds of violence.’

These days, when Jolie kicks loose it’s on a film set in action movies. It’s also a good way of impressing the children, apparently – Maddox, seven, whom she adopted as a baby before she started seeing Pitt; Pax, four, and Zahara, three, who are both also adopted; and two-year-old Shiloh, her biological daughter with Pitt.

‘Maybe they’ll finally think I’m cool, because now, for them, I’m just Mum. My son asks me to play a video game and I’m appalling at it, and so is Brad.

We don’t even understand it properly. So maybe one day my kids will see films like Wanted and see that Mum is not a total dork.’

But what about the violence? ‘It’s just not a reality in this day and age to say, “I’m never going to let my kids watch a movie that has a gun in it.” It’s important to know that this exists. But I’m very clear with my children about who’s a good guy and who’s bad. If they’re watching a movie at home and they say, “Is that a bad guy, Mummy?”, I say, “Well, is he trying to hurt somebody?” If you see somebody picking on a person or starting the fight, that’s the bad guy.’

She didn’t prepare as intensely for Wanted as she did for the two Tomb Raider films. ‘I didn’t get into such great shape, because I just don’t have the time, with the kids. I used to be able to train all the time, but it’s different now. My body has changed, I’ve had a baby and I’ve breast-fed, although bringing up four children is harder than making an action movie.

‘In Wanted, James and I have a fight, and I get to kick his ass – it’s always fun to do that stuff. I like doing the risky stunts. It’s an adrenaline rush and it’s fun. It’s very much in our family. Brad and I met doing that kind of thing on Mr & Mrs Smith. We have a healthy competition in the house for craziness.’

That love of an adrenaline kick extends to driving and flying. Not for her a girly party to celebrate her pregnancy:

‘My girlfriends rented a sports car for me instead. So Brad and I just drove around LA in this Mercedes all day. It was fantastic. I love to drive, but I don’t get to do it very much these days, because I don’t like being followed by the paparazzi.’

Freedom and security are constant themes with her..
She and Pitt own a single-prop Cirrus aircraft and both have a pilot’s licence. ‘I’ve now got an instrument rating, which means I can fly in bad weather and at night.

‘The plane has a parachute – like a rocket chute – in case you get into trouble. I love the idea of just being up in the air, but I think it’s more about the travel for me, the freedom it represents.

Her work as a goodwill ambassador for the Office of the UN High Commissioner For Refugees began after filming the first Tomb Raider movie in Cambodia.
She then started visiting other troubled countries – more than 20 to date – and along with Pitt has donated millions of dollars to humanitarian projects.

‘When you’ve been raised around Hollywood and you suddenly find yourself with a backpack in a war zone, where people are dying and crying because they don’t have enough food for their kids, you very quickly realise what matters.

At the time it was like being smacked in the face and told, “What are you so upset about?” From that moment on I never lost that focus. ‘On my first trip to Sierra Leone I ended up in a convoy with just one other woman.

‘Another truck broke down, the group became separated and suddenly we were responsible for truckloads of people. It was getting dark and we were going through roadblocks that were just some guys with guns.

‘And that was the country where they were cutting everybody’s arms and feet off. And I remember thinking, “God, they could just decide to kill us… What am I doing here?” I remember having this bizarre feeling of being very far from home and feeling very vulnerable.’

.

Wild Thing’s comment…….
Good, I am glad to read this. I am so glad that she is almost a spokesperson for defending her family like this. And this most certainly wasn’t Liberal talk coming out of her. Good! Maybe one day she and her Dad, Jon Voight will see more eye to eye about politics as well. He is not a conservative but he at least is a Republican and we can always hope he will move more to being a conservative the whole way.
Jolie is not your ordinary Hollywood airhead. She has done a lot of work on behalf of refugiees, including going to Iraq and meeting with US military commanders. She came out against a US withdrawal.
Maybe some of the other celebs in Hollywood will stop wanting to make TV shows with an agenda of banning guns. There are some that do have guns in their homes and know how to use them. But we seldom hear about them so that is why this article is good for it to get out, to encourage others to realize how important it is to be protected and know how to use a gun. Maybe she could even use her influence to stop the Small Arms garbage at the UN. Just a thought anyway.
I wish she would speak to the idiots in our government that are so bound and determined to try and push the ban on guns. I am also glad to see this was published in the UK news outlet. they need more then even people in the USA that guns are more then necessary in the world we live in now.

Wait And See Mode Regarding Rumor Saying There Is A Michelle Obama Tape

Apparently there is a video tape of Michelle railing against “whitey” inside the Trinity church. For a few weeks now it’s been an internet rumor- now the rumor is going mainstream.
On Fox, Neil Cavuto, today, June 2, not sure what time he is on in your area’s it might be EST. Is supposed to have an “explosive” video to release on Obama. Not sure it is the one with Michelle Obama or not.

From Rush last Friday:
RUSH:…

Obama said he’s “deeply disappointed” in the preacher. Hillary is “disappointed” in Obama’s response. (laughs) It’s not even June yet, folks. It’s not even June. We’ve got the bylaws committee tomorrow and the rules committee. If I’m the Democrat Party, I’m looking at this, and I’m saying, “How can we do this?” They have to know what lies ahead. And, of course, there are these rumors circulating, and I don’t know if this is true, but there are a number of people suggesting — and I first heard this, by the way, when I was gone Monday and Tuesday of last week — that there’s a video and that the Republican Party supposedly has it now of Michelle Obama speaking from the pulpit in this church talking about “whitey.” I don’t care if it’s unacceptable, Snerdley. I’m just reporting what’s out there. I’m reporting on a rumor that is out there. No, I cannot mention… (interruption)

Okay, forget I said “Michelle (My Belle) Obama.” I’ll just say “his wife.” Obama’s wife is out there. There’s a rumor that there’s a tape — the Republicans have it, and we’re waiting to use it in October — of Michelle going nuts in the church, too, talking about whitey this and whitey that. You know, if I’m the Democrats are looking at this, I’m saying… They gotta know they’re sitting on top of a powder keg here, and somebody in this party — Howard Dean or somebody — has gotta send somebody up to this church and say, “Well, you people take the next five months off, or move this congregation somewhere? Move it to Reverend Wright’s house — it’s in a gated community — so nobody can know what you’re doing in there. Just give us five months, will you, and shut up!” You know, the Clintons are — make no mistake about it — making hay out of this, as they lobby the rules committee and so forth.

.

This one happened Sunday, on Stephanopolous show, and it says basically that the reason Obama left the church was mainly because of the rumor that should break soon. This is so weird to post about this because I have no idea exactly what it is or what Michelle Obama says literally. Something about her using the word ” whitey”.

Also on Sunday later in the day.
And this one is democrat Geraldo and illegal lover as well. He bets $100 it is not true.

.

Wild Thing’s comment……..
I don’t like rumors, never have. So when I heard about this awhile back like other bloggers I did not post about it.
But now it is the topic of conversation on the networks so maybe just maybe it is not just a rumor but actually something Michelle Obama said.
Add in to that Michelle has all but disappeared since these rumors started. That is kind of weird if this is true.
I know none of us need a tape to know that she and Obama are both racists. But if this tape does exist it would certainly be yet another thing to show maybe a few more people why these people should not be in office.
The only thing I don’t understand is that IF this tape does exist then why are they holding back? And for what reason.

Lance Cpl. Crutchfield On Leave From Iraq Killed For His $ 8.00

Rest in peace, Lance Cpl. Crutchfield. America is proud of you.

Marine, back from Iraq, shot dead in his home town
CLEVELAND, Ohio (AP) — On leave from the violence he had survived in the war in Iraq, a young Marine was so wary of crime on the streets of his own home town that he carried only $8 to avoid becoming a robbery target.
Despite his caution, Lance Cpl. Robert Crutchfield, 21, was shot point-blank in the neck during a robbery at a bus stop.
Feeding and breathing tubes kept him alive 41/2 months, until he died of an infection on May 18.
Two men have been charged in the attack, and Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason said Friday the case was under review to decide whether to seek the death penalty.

“It is an awful story,” said Alberta Holt, the young Marine’s aunt and his legal guardian when he was a teenager determined to flee a troubled Cleveland school for safer surroundings in the suburbs.

Crutchfield was attacked on January 5 while he and his girlfriend were waiting for a bus. He had heeded the warnings of commanders that a Marine on leave might be seen as a prime robbery target with a pocketful of money, so he only carried $8, his military ID card and a bank card.

“They took it, turned his pockets inside out, took what he had and told him since he was a Marine and didn’t have any money he didn’t deserve to live. They put the gun to his neck and shot him,” Holt told The Associated Press.

The two men charged in the attack were identified as Ean Farrow, 19, and Thomas Ray III, 20, both of Cleveland. Their attorneys did not respond to The Associated Press’ requests for comment.
Crutchfield knew he was returning to Iraq for another tour of duty, but had hesitated to tell his family until he was nearing the end of his 30-day leave.
He apparently had a troubled family. Holt wouldn’t discuss it except to say “his mom and dad didn’t raise him, just his grandmother and me.” He didn’t smoke or drink, she said.
He had attended Cleveland’s inner-city East High School, but asked that he be allowed to live with his aunt and grandmother and attend suburban Bedford High School for his final two years.
“He saw his school was in turmoil and asked to get out,” Holt said.
Bedford High teachers recalled Crutchfield’s smile, his pride in his appearance, his determination to join the Marine Corps after graduation in 2005 and his aspiration to become an architect.
“He was friendly and kind and willing to help out in any way that he could,” counselor Yvonne Sims said in an e-mail.
Connie LaNasa, who works in the school office, said Crutchfield was a well-behaved student and went about his school work with little notice.

“He lived out what he wanted to do and that is to be a Marine,” LaNasa said.

Faculty members remembered Crutchfield as a top student in the computer design program, an office assistant and participant in the prom fashion show.

After his long hospitalization, an infection broke out a week before he died. “He said it felt like he was getting hit by lightning,” Holt said.

When Crutchfield’s body was laid out Tuesday in the Sacrificial Missionary Baptist Church, his white military dress hat was tugged down close to his eyes to conceal the skull flap that had been kept open to relieve swelling in his brain.
Marines provided an honor guard at his funeral service and carried the casket to his grave at the Western Reserve National Cemetery near Akron.

Wild Thing’s comment…….
This is so sad!! What an awful tragedy!! Prayers for his family. LCpl Crutchfield wasn’t the one who didn’t deserve to live. I hope they fry those two worthless creeps.

Marines in Ramadi

Wild Thing’s comment……..
We get so little news on our troops. And there are stories of what they do, the captures, kills, ( Yipee! ) , building up the places war has taken down, running water again and in some places in Iraq where it never existed before. Wonderful stories of all the good things our Heroes do.
This video is just another one of the many aspects of this war and how important each part of what our warriors do.

Pres. Election Chanting “Yes we can” ~ But Muslims Chant “Death To America”

And there is also this………..
Obama’s pastor suggested that the United States deserved 9/11, and Obama accepted a testimonial from MUSLIM U.S. Congressman Keith Ellison that implies that the U.S. perpetrated 9/11.

“It’s almost like the Reichstag fire in Nazi Germany, kind of reminds me of that. After the Reichstag was burned, they blamed the Communists for it and put the leader of that country (Hitler) in a position where he could basically have the authority to do whatever he wanted. The fact is that I’m not saying [Sept. 11] was a U.S. plan, or anything like that because, you know, that’s how they put you in the nut-box-dismiss you.” —
Congressman Keith Ellison, July 8 2007

From the Testimonial Page at Obama’s website, I saved it in case they take it down.

Wild Thing’s comment……..
“I am a proud Muslim American whose faith informs my actions.”
That’s precisely what concerns us, Keith!! So much for his oath of office. And in case he forgot, it goes like this:

“I, (name of Member), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

With Obama as President ( noting the video above) and people like Keith Ellison in office and a few other Muslims in office as well. I am really concerned how many of them Obama will give jobs in his cabinet. How much more power the Muslims will be handed with Obama leading the way.
