Jeff is a former Army Delta Force Officer (wounded in the first Blackhawk shot down) who earned a Purple Heart and a Combat Infantry Badge helping to rescue hundreds of Americans. He is a former FBI Agent advising the National Hostage Rescue Team and a former CIA Counter-terrorism Officer with service in Europe and the Middle East. Jeff lives in Harwich, MA with his dog Buddy. Jeff loves dogs and in addition to Jack Russell Buddy, has rescued several dogs – most recently a Belgian Malinois named Major BO. Major BO had been abandoned and was going to receive lethal injection in 72 hours. This situation came to Jeff’s attention and he immediately made the commitment, spent the funds out of pocket, flew to Florida and saved Major BO who is now placed with a great family on Cape Cod..
For relaxation Jeff enjoys motorcycling, fishing from Red River Beach in Harwich, a good Red Sox, Celtics or Patriots game and golf.

Republican U.S. Senate candidate Jeff Beatty said the bailout bill provides cover for politicians instead of recovery for Main Street and that John Kerry should have voted against it. Beatty vows to change this bad bill when he’s elected into the Senate.

John Kerry has expressed anti-American sentiment throughout his public life — beginning with his testimony before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in 1971.
Early last year in Davos, Switzerland, Kerry ingratiated himself with Europeans by again making public comments that revealed his true nature and shocked many people here at home.
Speaking at the World Economic Forum, he openly ridiculed the United States to the delight of many in the audience. “The problem with Americans is they have an unfortunate habit of seeing the world through an American lens,” Kerry said. He also referred to the United States as an “international pariah.”

Republican Jeff Beatty’s campaign responded Friday to the Kerry campaign’s earlier charge that he roots for the New York Yankees, accusing the Kerry campaign of dodging questions and engaging in smear tactics.
In response to Beatty’s call for an examination of Kerry’s ties to bailout insurance company AIG, Brigid O’Rourke, a spokeswoman for the Boston Democrat, told the Boston Globe: “In case Jeff Beatty hasn’t noticed, that AIG stock he’s talking about isn’t looking so hot these days – sort of like his favorite baseball team, the New York Yankees.”
The Beatty camp said the Harwich Republican is not a Yankees fan and said that O’Rourke made the remark because a Yankees hat was put on Beatty to keep bandages on his head when he was injured rescuing U.S. hostages in Grenada (photo above).
Instead of engaging on the issue, Beatty spokeswoman Christine Hunsinger said, the Kerry camp chose political smears.

“When asked serious questions, John Kerry sidesteps, smears, and then goes on the attack,” Hunsinger said. “Add to the long list of people Kerry has insulted those military doctors and medical students, some Yankees fans or Red Sox fans like Jeff, who risked their lives to tend to soldiers while under fire in Grenada. If these weren’t such serious times, we would ask for an apology. Instead we say it’s time to fire John Kerry.”

“My 8th grade son is in an advanced English class at a public middle school here in Racine, Wisconsin. I just found out that my son’s new (copyright 2008) Wisconsin – McDougal Littell Literature book has 15 pages covering Barack Obama.

I was shocked – No John McCain, no Hillary Clinton, no George Bush – Just Barack Obama. I’m wondering how it is that Obama’s story gets put into an 8th grade literature book? It would be one thing, if it was just the tidbit about his boyhood days, but 15 pages, and they talk about his “Life of Service”. Honestly, what has Obama really done to be included in this book? Not only that, but on page 847 there is a photo of Obama at the 2004 Democratic Convention with at least 8 Obama signs in the background! Front & center is an www.obama2004.com sign.

Now I understand that many teachers are liberals, but does the school have the right to shove Obama down our kid’s throats? All the kids grouped together and read the story. After that, they discussed it… I guess it appears that Obama is planning ahead. If he doesn’t get his coveted Presidency, Obama is going to make sure, that the younger generations know all about him, and his “life of service”.

There is a note in the book that says, For more on Barack Obama, visit the Literature Center at www.ClassZone.com The book is: Wisconsin – 8th grade – McDougal Littell Literature – copyright 2008. The Obama story starts on page 830. I hope you will take the time to look at this book. I’m really angry about this – In fact, I would love to rip the pages right out of this book.

Now I’m not an expert at these things (just a PTA mom), but It looks to me like Alfred McDougal is connected to McDougal Littell the same company that publishes the 8th grade textbook that has 15 pages on Obama. Like I said, I’m not an expert, but I’m sure you have someone who can delve into the dirty little details.

I guess my question is: Is it ethical for an Obama supporter to publish an educational book which has a 15 page Barrack Obama story in it? If the tax payers are paying for these books, why is it okay for McDougal Littell to promote Obama? This really bothers me. I would have no problem with it, if Obama had actually done something important. Why is Obama being put up on a pedestal, before he actually wins the pedestal? All I can say, is we can thank the liberal media, and now the liberal book publishers. Thanks to them, I’m sure there are probably thousands of these books all across the United States.”

Sen. Barack Obama’s campaign is misleading the public regarding the presidential candidate’s ties to a radical leftist organization that has admitted to major financial improprieties and has been convicted in numerous, massive voter fraud scandals.
Sen. John McCain’s presidential campaign Friday stepped up its efforts to draw attention to Obama’s alleged relationship with ACORN, or the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, holding a conference call in which McCain spokesman Rick Davis accused Obama of making “very inconsistent remarks about what his relationship with this organization is.”
In response to the increased focus on ACORN, the Obama campaign last week claimed on its “Fight the Smears” website the presidential candidate was “never an ACORN community organizer; ACORN never hired Obama as a trainer, organizer, or any type of employee; ACORN was not part of Project Vote, the successful voter registration drive Barack ran in 1992.”
But these blanket statements are false and misleading.
In 1992, Obama was director of Project Vote in Chicago, which helped register 150,000 voters on the city’s South Side. Obama’s successful work was credited in multiple media reports with helping to elect Democratic Senator Carol Moseley Braun.
Obama’s campaign claims ACORN was “not part of” Project Vote, but the organization’s incorporation papers, obtained by WND, show Project Vote is a trademark name whose parent company is registered at the same New Orleans address in which ACORN and multiple ACORN affiliates are housed.
Obama himself previously connected Project Vote to ACORN.

“I’ve been fighting alongside ACORN on issues you care about my entire career. Even before I was an elected official, when I ran Project Vote voter registration drives in Illinois, ACORN was smack dab in the middle of it, and we appreciate your work,” Obama was quoted on his own campaign website as saying at an ACORN meeting, according to a post by official Obama website blogger Sam Graham-Felsen.

In a misleading statement, Obama’s site claims “ACORN never hired Obama as a trainer, organizer, or any type of employee,” but it fails to mention Obama was an unpaid ACORN trainer, as WND first reported in August.
Obama has deep ties to ACORN, including with Ayers
Although Obama has been downplaying his relationship with ACORN, the presidential candidate has deep-seated ties to the radical group.
ACORN is very active in Obama’s native Chicago, where in 1997, some 200 members attempted to storm a City Hall meeting, resulting in six members being arrested, including Madeleine Talbot, ACORN’s Chicago director.
In the early 1990’s Talbot invited Obama to help train ACORN activists.
Obama and other Chicago attorneys won a 1995 suit on behalf of ACORN, forcing the state of Illinois to implement the federal “motor-voter” bill.
While Obama served on the board of the Woods Fund, a Chicago nonprofit, it channeled millions of dollars to ACORN and affiliated groups.
Obama actively sought and received the endorsement by ACORN for his local campaigns.
In the Social Policy Journal, Toni Foulkes, a Chicago ACORN leader, documents what he terms Obama’s “long service” with ACORN, which he said led many of the organization’s members to help in voter campaigns for Obama’s early Chicago campaigns.
Foulkes said Obama and ACORN were “old friends.”
ACORN endorsed Obama’s presidential campaign, an endorsement touted on Obama’s official website.

“What it came down to was that Senator Obama is the candidate who best understands and can affect change on the issues ACORN cares about like stopping foreclosures, enacting fair and comprehensive immigration reform, and building stronger and safer communities across America,” said ACORN’s Maude Hurd of the group’s Obama endorsement.

WND reported in August Obama’s campaign paid more than $800,000 in services to Citizen Services Inc. (CSI), a nonprofit organization that is an offshoot of ACORN.

Last Friday former state Supreme Court Justice Sandra Newman, a Republican, said at a news conference she has no confidence in the integrity of the electoral process in Pennsylvania as a result of what she termed the extensive voter registration effort by ACORN.

Dear Chair Derby: I write on behalf of Hillary Clinton for President (”the Committee”) in regard to the January 19, 2008 Nevada Democ-ratic Caucus. The Committee is aware of a letter addressed to you today from the Obama for America campaign requesting an inquiry into the conduct of the caucuses. The Committee shares the Obama campaign’s concern that full participation in the democratic process may have been compromised by the substantial number of irregularities occurring at the caucuses, and we fully support a complete inquiry by the Nevada State Democratic Party (the ”Party”) into all caucus improprieties.
This letter is not intended as a response to the Obama campaign’s letter. However, in the interest of a complete record, and in contrast to the alleged minor procedural problems noted by the Obama campaign, the Committee wishes to bring to your attention information we have received evidencing a premeditated and predesigned plan by the Obama campaign to engage in systematic corruption of the Party’s caucus procedures. Compounding this blatant distortion of the caucus rules was an egregious effort by the Obama campaign to manipulate the voter registration process in its own favor, thereby disenfranchising countless voters. Finally, the Committee has received a vast number of reliable reports of voter suppression and intimidation by the Obama campaign or its allies.
The Committee had 30 phone lines on Saturday to receive calls in its Las Vegas offices. These lines rang continuously from early morning until well after the caucuses concluded with reports from people who were victimized and who observed irregularities. The phone lines were so over-whelmed that many callers resorted to calling individual Committee staff cell phones to report that they could not get through. The Committee also received many similar calls at its national headquarters.
The Committee is confident that any investigation into the conduct of the caucuses will be thorough, fair and in the interest of insuring that future Party caucuses will be as open and democratic as possible.
Systematic Corruption of the Party’s Caucus Procedures The Committee received substantially similar reports of improprieties of such a number as to leave no conclusion but that the Obama campaign and its allies and supporters engaged in a planned effort to subvert the Party’s caucus procedures to its advantage. For example:
þ Preference cards were premarked for Obama.
þ Clinton supporters were denied preference cards on the basis that none were left, while Obama supporters at the same caucus sites were given preference cards.
þ Caucus chairs obviously supporting Obama: o Deliberately miscounted votes to favor Senator Obama. o Deliberately counted unregistered persons as Obama votes. o Deliberately counted young children as Obama votes. o Refused to accept preference cards from Clinton supporters who were at the caucus site by noon on the ground that the cards were not filled out fast enough. o Told Clinton supporters to leave prior to electing delegates.
þ Clinton supporters who arrived late were turned away from the caucus, while late Obama supporters were admitted to the caucus.
Manipulation of the Voter Registration Process Numerous reports received by the Committee demonstrate a concerted effort on the part of the Obama campaign and its supporters to prevent eligible voters supporting a candidate other than Senator Obama from caucusing. The Obama supporters complained of were acting in positions of authority at the caucus sites. Some of these reports are as follows:
þ Obama supporters wrongly informed Clinton supporters that they were not allowed to participate in the caucus if their names were not on the voter rolls. However, Obama supporters whose names did not appear on the voter rolls were permitted to register at the caucus site.
þ Obama supporters falsely informed Clinton supporters that no registration forms were available for them to register to vote at the caucus site.
þ Obama supporters wrongly told Clinton supporters who were attempting to caucus at the wrong precinct that they could not caucus at that site, while simultaneously permitting Obama supporters at the wrong precinct to participate.
þ Obama supporters were allowed to move to the front of the registration and sign-in line.
Voter Suppression and Intimidation The Committee received a substantial number of disturbing reports from voters that they had been subject to harassment, intimidation or efforts to prevent them from voting. Some of the most egregious of these complaints are described below:
þ Voters at at-large caucus sites were informed that those sites were for Obama supporters only.
þ Clinton supporters at at-large caucus sites were told that their managers would be watching them while they caucused.
þ Workers were informed that their supervisors kept lists of Clinton and Obama supporters, and were told that they could not caucus unless their name was on the list of Obama supporters.
þ Many Clinton supporters were threatened with employment termination or other discipline if they caucused for Senator Clinton.
þ Workers were required to sign a pledge card to support Obama if they wanted time off to participate in the caucus. þ Workers at one casino were offered a lavish lunch and permitted to attend and register to vote only if they agree to support Obama.
The complaints summarized above represent only a small sample of the complaints received by the Committee. With respect to each of these complaints and many more, the Committee has the names and phone numbers of those reporting these incidents and the specific precinct numbers where the incidents occurred. Upon request the Committee will share these with the Party with appropriate safeguards to protect these individuals from reprisal. On the whole, these reports show a troubling effort by the Obama campaign and its allies and supporters to advance their own campaign at the expense of the right of all Nevada Democrats to participate in the democratic process in a free, fair and open manner.
Senator Clinton and the Committee are wholly committed to ensuring that every eligible voter has his or her vote cast and counted. There is no place in the American electoral process for the types of voter suppression, intimidation and harassment systematically engaged in by the Obama campaign, its allies and supporters.

This is all important because it shows the kind of campaign Barack Hussein Obama is running, how the DNC so far has done nothing about this kind of behavior and apparently back it up. And now it is not Hillary running against Obama but McCain/Palin and what is in store for our voting.
We already know how Obama tells bold face liles, how he has no shame in his associations and the more we learn about him he is a Chicago thug and runs his campaign accordingly.

Hank Williams Jr. may have a new number one fan: Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.
The country star, who is performing at a campaign event in Virginia for Palin and Sen. John McCain on Monday, got a call on his cell phone from Palin, according to CMT.com.
“Huge fan,” Palin said, admitting that she owns all of Williams’s albums. The two also bonded over one of their favorite shared pastimes, moose hunting.
“I hunt moose,” Palin told him.
“I hunt moose, too,” Williams said. “I have a house in Montana.”
The Alaska governor promised to hang out with Williams and go moose hunting together after Election Day.

The rally with Sarah Palin was moved from the Arthur Ashe Center, which holds 6,000 to the racetrack complex in Richmond due to the tickets were over 28,000 and the crowd reached 30,000 according to the Washington Post which means it might have been even larger since as we all know the media keeps the number down when reporting the Republican ticket.
