A newscast from a future we must never see
Newscast of the future
wnd
by Janet Porter
This week, I decided to do something different – my column is in video form. It’s a newscast from a future we must make sure we never see. In it, you’ll get a glimpse into our nation should Barack Obama be elected president – complete with the kinds of people he’ll appoint and policies he’ll enact based on Sen. Obama’s real promises, positions, record and advisers. It would be comical if it weren’t so scary. It is an eye-opening look at what the future could hold if we don’t do everything we can to prevent it.
I encourage you to watch it (rather than read it) and forward it to everyone you know in an effort to sound the alarm before it’s too late … or the news we watch next January will look something like this:
Wild Thing’s comment………..
Very scary stuff, and it is also very well done. I wishi it would be shown on TV.

Larijani: Iran prefers Obama (Iranian Parliament Leader Endorsment!)
Ynet news
Iranian parliament Speaker Ali Larijani said Wednesday that Iran would prefer Democrat Barack Obama in the White House next year. Larijani also dismissed any idea that the US would attack Iran.
“We are leaning more in favor of Barack Obama because he is more flexible and rational, even though we know American policy will not change that much,” Larijani said at a press conference during a visit to Bahrain.
How to deal with Iran and the crisis over its nuclear drive has been one of the foreign policy issues in the Nov. 4 race for the White House between Obama and Republican John McCain.
Larijani, a leading figure in the conservative camp in Iran, also said the United States was too busy dealing with the global financial crisis to consider waging an attack on Iran.
“The risk was low before,” he said. “But now I am 100% certain that the United States will not unleash a war against Iran. The economic crisis has cost the United States $1.4 trillion and Washington is working to resolve its internal problems and not a war.”
Wild Thing’s comment……….
All of America’s enemies endorse Obama.
Castro, Hamas, PLO, other terroriosts groups, now Larijani….oh let’s not forget Powell. hahaha …Our enemies will always prefer the weaker candidate
As much as Obama wants to be President, that is how much John McCain and Sarah Palin love America.
.
We voted yesterday, the line was not long at all only about 70 people ahead of us, but we had perfect timing I think because as we were leaving the line was very long, cars lined up to pull into the parking lot and down the block.
There were lots of McCain/Palin signs and only one Obama sign within the legal distance they are allowed to have them. Only one for Obama. hahhaa yippee, we out numbered him. The ladies holding the signs many of them had cute Sarah Palin t-shirts on, some in pink saying Sarah Palin and others in red, white and blue saying McCain/Palin.
The men holding up signs, were Veterans and it was so cool they had their caps on with the Veteran pins on them that I love to see.
We gave every one of them a thumbs up and shook their hands when we came back out from voting. They said they were getting a lot more thumbs up then ugly looks so that is great too.
When we got inside to vote, I just had to say something, heh heh, as the lady was looking at my drivers license for ID etc. I asked her if I “may ask a question?”. She said yes and I asked her if the voting place had ACORN connected to it in anyway. hahahahaha She said no and the gentlemen behind her standing looked at me and smiled really big like saying I know what you mean kind of look. giggle
We met a really nice couple in front of us. In a quiet voice I said to Nicholas while we were in line, ” I loved the shirts for McCain Palin outside” and the couple in front of us turned around to say hi after I said that. It was my let’s see if anyone in front or in back of us is for McCain/Palin time. hahaha
Our ballots are paper and we mark them with a black pen they give us like a felt pen. It is not electric at all. Then the slip we have marked goes into a light cardboard sleeve they called “Secret Sleeve” that I had to put into a machine that literally sucked it out of my hand. hahahahahaa ZOOM and my vote was done.
Now we wait and pray our votes get counted and McCain/Palin win.
Senator Jeff Bingaman (D-NM) was asked by KKOB talk-radio host Jim Villanucci if, “There would be a push to reinstate the ‘Fairness Doctrine’?” His answer was, “I hope so.” Like all liberals, he thinks free speech should be protected just as long as all the speakers agree with him.
Senator Bingaman also said all media should be regulated “at a higher level.” Does he want America to end up like the old Soviet Union where all speech was controlled.??!!!!
FROM RUSH LIMBAUGH ABOUT THIS:
RUSH:
Before the Fairness Doctrine was lifted by Ronaldus Magnus in the late eighties, I think it was 1987, you know how many radio stations were doing talk, Senator Bingaman? One hundred and twenty-five. And you know what was on those stations? I mean sometimes from midnight to six you’d get the wild wackos, the provocational political people, but most of the time it was the correct carrot cake recipe for the holidays, where the next traffic problem was going to be in town. Then you’d have a little segment where if your dog was lost you could call the station, and do lost animal reports. All of this wonderful stuff that nobody wanted to listen to, Senator. One hundred twenty-five talk stations. Senator Bingaman, do you know how many talk radio stations there are in America today? Try over 2,000 since the Fairness Doctrine was lifted, and on those 2,000 radio stations are countless points of view, from the extreme communist left to the wacko whatever it is way out on the fringe right. They’re all over the place.
What Bingaman is saying here is, (paraphrasing) “Well, it’s not that. We want every station to be balanced.” What he wants is for this kind of programming to be stopped. Because of the way the Fairness Doctrine worked and will work, especially the way it will work if it’s ever reinstituted, reimplemented, within five minutes of my show open, 15 or more extremist groups in every city carrying this program will call the station carrying this show, demanding a response to the outrageous thing that I have just said. And then, after the next ten minutes, they would call again. After an hour, the management of the local station would probably have received over 150 phone calls demanding a chance and an opportunity to reply.
At which point the manager says, “I can’t keep up with this. In order to maintain my license, I’m going to have to do all this and grant all these people all this access. I gotta put amateurs on the radio? I gotta put talentness, complaining whiners on the radio? I’m not going to mess with it.” And that’s how it works. It’s not that the Fairness Doctrine is passed and all of us go away. It’s that local stations will not put up with the grief they’re going to get. And that’s what Senator Bingaman and that’s what the Democrats want. They don’t want balanced programming on a radio station. They want no conservative programming on a radio station. He sounds all concerned and educated here, but make no mistake.
Wild Thing’s comment………
God what is this country coming to! Censorship and Socialism march hand in hand.
The left intends to silence any dissenting opinions, BECAUSE THEIR IDEOLOGY IS INDEFENSIBLE. The Fairness Doctrine…broadcasting Socialism 24 hours a day!
Following Senator Bingaman’s remarks, the program director Pat Frisch came on with the talk-radio host Jim Villanucci and blasted Bingaman as an “idiot”.
Then the callers joined in and were besides themselves with anger at this clown.
Please, America. WAKE UP!!!! We are on the edge of a horrific future. 1984 was not written about right wingers. It was written about Obama and his gang of hooligans. How can we be this close to such a future?
Good book about this…………
A MANIFESTO FOR MEDIA FREEDOM
The alternative-media revolution of the last twenty years has smashed the liberal monopoly over news outlets and created a true marketplace of ideas. Rather than fight back with their own beliefs, today’s liberals work relentlessly to smother this new universe of political discourse under a tangle of campaign finance reform and media regulations.
Bestselling author Brian Anderson and Adam Thierer examine the crucial place of free political speech in our nation’s history, from the feisty polemics of Revolutionary-era pamphlets to the explosion of new media in the twenty-first century. Today, shockingly, freedom of political speech in America is facing sustained attacks unlike anything since the Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798.
ADVANCE PRAISE of book
“Brian Anderson and Adam Thierer have written an important book about the future of media freedom and why we must be vigilant in defending that freedom against unjust and undemocratic regulatory proposals like the Fairness Doctrine. This timely and concise manifesto serves as a rallying cry for that cause.” —Congressman Mike Pence, Indiana
“Brian Anderson is that rare analyst who has conducted scholarly research, edits a distinguished Old Media public policy journal, but has also written extensively on the importance of New Media and pop culture. He and Adam Thierer were among the first to grasp how the New Media was reshaping politics and cultural attitudes. That makes them especially qualified to now warn about the dangers that government regulation is about to pose to media democratization.” —John Fund, columnist at the Wall Street Journal
“From radio talk to political campaigning, the First Amendment is under sustained assault. In this concise, thin volume, Anderson and Thierer demonstrate with concrete examples how a combination of self-interested politicians, left-wing partisanship, and public ignorance about technology and media markets have created the most serious threat to free speech in America since the Red Scare.” —Bradley Smith, former FEC Chairman
Nicknamed Stormin’ Norman and the Bear and best known as Com-manding General, Coalition Forces, Persian Gulf War, 1990–1991, General Schwarzkopf had a 35-year military career (1956–1991) that spanned the Cold War, the intervening Vietnam War, and the increasing overseas deployments of the 1980s. A U.S. Military Academy graduate, he served two tours in Vietnam and rose to the grade of full general in 1988.
While deserving his nicknames “the bear” and “Stormin’ Norman” because of his impatience, aggressiveness, and confrontational manner, Schwarzkopf displayed outstanding skills in combining the air, sea, and land assets of a multinational force to achieve victory.
Asked on CNN whether America’s latest popular culture hero preferred the sobriquet Stormin’ Norman or the Bear, Brenda Schwarzkopf, the wife of Gen. H. Norman Schwarzkopf, answered: “I think he prefers the Bear. Stormin’ Norman — I’m not sure exactly where he picked that up. His soldiers gave him both names, but I’m not sure exactly which came first.”
In light of Colon Powell’s endorsement of Marxism in the upcoming Predidential election, I thought it might be useful to remind us of the endorsement John McCain received from a real American hero, retired General “Stormin'” Norman Schwarzkopf, and this was back in January.
Schwarzkopf, who with McCain in 2004 was openly critical of then-Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld over his handling of the Iraq war, said in a statement the Arizona senator “has served our country with honor in war and in peace.”
Stormin’ Norman lives in Florida.
Add in to this 300 Retired Generals and Admirals from around the country are endorsing John McCain for president. The retired generals and admirals announced their support with the following letter:
“We have had the honor and privilege of serving as career officers in the United States Armed Forces, and of serving shoulder to shoulder with so many of the fine young men and women who are the backbone of America’s Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard. It is that experience that informs our judgment that John McCain is the presidential candidate best suited to serve as America’s Commander-in Chief from the day of his inauguration.
“Our next president will confront national security challenges as significant as those faced by any administration in at least a generation. Success will require a leader with proven tenacity, judgment and courage. It will also require a leader with detailed knowledge of our military and other instruments of national power, and with years of experience dealing seriously with foreign leaders.
“John McCain’s entire life has been devoted to the service of America. Throughout a long and distinguished career in the military and in Congress, he has repeatedly displayed the courage and integrity to place America’s interests first — regardless of personal cost. And he has demonstrated the experience and wisdom to lead America — and, importantly, our allies — in effectively dealing with complex and vitally important national security challenges around the world.
“We unequivocally endorse him to continue his service to the country as the next President of the United States.”
300 Retired Generals And Admirals Endorse John McCain For President
Wild Thing’s comment…….
I have posted the list before, but I thought it would be good to mention it again.
Obama can’t even compare his wimpy racist Powell endorsement with the hundreds that are for McCain and Palin.
Just something to show you.
Carol Black Bearhearts Original, created on October 5, 1992 in California , Stormin’ Norman is named after General Norman Schwartzkopf and is authentically dressed from his desert fatigues right down to his helmet,
two watches, official ID’s, his backpack, rations and American flag. He is stuffed with desert sand!
Carol is a friend of mine and she made 5 of these bears. The first one she got to present to Stormin’ Norman personally and she has photos of her visit. I was very lucky to be able to get one of the 5 she made.
He sits in my SUV and is about 2 1/2 feet in height when standing position.
So yep, I have liked Stormin’ Norman for a long time.
Obama to media: pony up for election night access
Chicago Business
The best-funded political campaign in American history says news organizations will have to pay — in some cases almost $2,000 each — if they want to cover Barack Obama’s election-night celebration in Chicago.
A memo sent to news organizations on Tuesday by the Obama campaign says credentials will cost $715 to $1,815, depending on whether electrical and phone lines are needed and whether an indoor or outdoor seat is requested for the event, which is expected to be held outside the evening of Nov. 4 in Grant Park.
The only free admissions are for a “general media” area. But, the memo says, “Please note that the general media area is outdoors, unassigned and may have obstructed views . . . standing room only.”
The area also does not include access to top Obama campaign officials, whose statements likely are to be in hot demand on Election Night. They apparently will be available only in the “press file” tent, to which an additional admission fee of $935 per person is being imposed.
Obama aides declined to answer questions about why a campaign that raised $150 million in the month of September is demanding such payments. But the memo already is drawing some protest.
In her blog on the Chicago Sun-Times’ Web site, Lynn Sweet, the paper’s veteran Washington bureau chief, termed the memo “an outrageous pay-to-play plan that caters to national elite (media) outlets.”
While many reporters can do without the electricity, Internet access, food and other items that come with some event prices, they must “crave” access, and for that they will have to pay, Ms. Sweet wrote.
One Obama spokesman privately likened the Chicago event to how coverage is arranged at national political conventions. But at both the Democratic and GOP conventions this summer, news organizations had to pay extra only if they wanted a dedicated phone line. Most credentials came with assigned seats, all were indoors with views of the stage and all were free.
A spokesman later said that the fees will only pay the costs of, for instance, building risers with a view of the stage. He also said that since the file tent will be located in the middle of the general media area, reporters will be able to stop and question any senior aides who are traveling to the file tent. The tent will include no “spin room” for briefings, the spokesman added.
Media traditionally are charged for out-of-pocket costs in traveling with campaigns. For instance, those accompanying Mr. Obama and GOP nominee John McCain around the country pay their own hotel bills and a fee for air fare. But a fee rarely if ever is charged for the coverage itself.
Wild Thing’s comment……….
Unbelievable. Obama’s charging the media to cover his concession speech. These dopes will pay too.
So it looks like front row seats for the freak show are expensive.
This is how this Barack Hussein Obama will run the country: Pay for play. A sitting US Senator and would-be president CHARGING the media for access.
The only good news out of this is that the lap-dog media that has done its level best to turn this from an election to a coronation is now seeing exactly what is about to happen: You have all the access you want as log as the money changes hands at the time and in he amounts we demand.
Obama campaign is almost flaunting their election-night celebration planning process.
He is actually doing this to the media that has done their best to give the election to him. LMAO
Does this mean that Chris Mathews will have to pay to get that warm tingle up his leg???
wish he would start his own country and get the heck out of ours. This gets more unbelievable every day.
Waterboarded or pay to see Obama up close and personal……..
I would pick to be WATERBOARDED, THANK YOU EVER SO!
The Wall Street Journal
In Miami, he responded to McCain’s criticism that his economic plan amounts to redistributing wealth and dividing up a static economic pie rather than expanding the pie. “After eight years of Bush and McCain economics, the pie is shrinking, and what’s left of the pie has been eaten by millionaires and billionaires,” he declared. “Everyone here wants some pie.”
To that, the crowd struck up the chant, “We want pie! We want pie!”
Wild Thing’s comment…………
This is an excellent example of the socialist mentality. And gosh why didn’t they ask for ask for lobster and Iranian cavier. heh heh
LOL As Glenn Beck said the other day, “Make your own Pie! America is a freakin bakery!”
You know all this socialsim thinking of these Obama voters, I am really ashamed that these people are Americans!!!!
This Barack Hussein Obama commie rally was next door to a Miami Heat game and he had the rally just before the game. My guess is they gave away free tickets to the game if you showed up for the rally. The park will not hold 30,000 too. Downtown Miami is close to Black neighborhoods , so drawing 30,000 people is not that big a deal. My guess is he pulled 10,000 and probably 5,000 were going to the Heat game right next to the park.
I tried to find a video of the chanting but they don’t have one. The only video’s from Miami are Obama and his hate filled speech about McCain and Palin.
But look at this below………….Barack and Michelle are both using Pie as a mantra.
…(West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania about the current status of the economic turmoil happening across the world and pie… in fact Barack Obama sets a Philadelphia record for most times Pie is mentioned in one story under 100 seconds!!)……
Michelle Obama used the pie analogy too. “Someone is going to have to give up a piece of their pie so that someone else can have more.”…quote by Michelle Obama
By Daniel Pipes
FrontPageMagazine.com
The title of the article is : Would Obama Pass a Standard Security Clearance?
I have posted on this I thnk last week but this one is by Daniel Pipes and is excellent and has another take on it too with added information that is really good to know. —- Wild Thing
With Colin Powell now repeating the lie that Barack Obama has “always been a Christian,” despite new information further confirming Obama’s Muslim childhood (such as the Indonesian school registration listing him as Muslim), one watches with dismay as the Democratic candidate manages to hide the truth on this issue.
Instead, then, let us review a related subject – Obama’s connections and even indebtedness, throughout his career, to extremist Islam. Specifically, he has longstanding, if indirect ties to two institutions, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), listed by the U.S. government in 2007 as an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas-funding trial; and the Nation of Islam (NoI), condemned by the Anti-Defamation League for its “consistent record of racism and anti-Semitism.”
First, Obama’s ties to Islamists:
The Khalid al-Mansour connection: According to former Manhattan Borough president Percy Sutton, Al-Mansour “was raising money for” Obama’s expenses at Harvard Law School. Al-Mansour, a black American (né Don Warden), became advisor to Saudi prince Al-Walid bin Talal, CAIR’s largest individual donor. Al-Mansour holds standard Islamist views: he absolves the Islamist government in Sudan of sponsoring slavery, he denies a Jewish tie to Jerusalem, and he wrote a booklet titled “Americans Beware! The Zionist Plot Against S. Arabia.” (Both Obama and al-Mansour deny Sutton’s account.)
The Kenny Gamble (also known as Luqman Abdul-Haqq) connection: Gamble, a once-prominent pop music producer, cut the ribbon to the Obama campaign headquarters housed in a south Philadelphia building he owns. Gamble is an Islamist who buys large swaths of real estate in Philadelphia to create a Muslim-only residential area. Also, as the self-styled “amir” of the United Muslim Movement, he has many links to Islamist organizations, including CAIR and the Muslim Alliance in North America. (MANA’s “amir” is Siraj Wahhaj, an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.)
The Mazen Asbahi connection: The Obama campaign’s first Muslim outreach coordinator resigned after it came to light that he had served on the board of a subsidiary of the Saudi-sponsored North American Islamic Trust, with Jamal Said, another unindicted co-conspirator in the 2007 Hamas funding trial. Asbahi has ties to CAIR’s Chicago and Detroit offices, to the Islamic Society of North America, yet another unindicted co-conspirator in the Hamas funding trial, and to other Islamist organizations.
The Minha Husaini connection: The campaign’s second Muslim outreach coordinator has an Islamist background, having served as an intern in the Muslim Public Service Network. Immediately upon her appointment by Obama, she met with a group of about thirty Muslims including such notorious figures as CAIR’s Nihad Awad; the Muslim American Society’s Mahdi Bray, who has publicly supported the Hamas and Hezbollah terrorist groups; and Johari Abdul Malik of the Dar Al-Hijrah Mosque in Falls Church, Va., who has advised American Muslims: “You can blow up bridges, but you cannot kill people who are innocent on their way to work.”
Second, Obama’s ties to the Nation of Islam:
Obama’s long-time donor and ally Antoin “Tony” Rezko partnered for nearly three decades with Jabir Herbert Muhammad, a son of NoI leader Elijah Muhammad, and says he gave Jabir and his family “millions of dollars over the years.” Rezko also served as executive director of the Muhammad Ali Foundation, a rogue organization that, without Ali’s permission, exploited the name of this CAIR awardee.
Jeremiah Wright, Obama’s esteemed pastor for twenty years, came out of a Nation background, recently he accepted protection from an NoI security detail, and has praised Louis Farrakhan, the NoI’s leader, as one of the “giants of the African American religious experience.” Wright’s church celebrated Farrakhan for his having “truly epitomized greatness.”
Farrakhan himself endorsed Obama, calling him “the hope of the entire world,” “one who can lift America from her fall,” and even “the Messiah.”
That Obama’s biography touches so frequently on such unsavory organizations as CAIR and the Nation of Islam should give pause. How many of politicians have a single tie to either group, much less seven of them? John McCain charitably calls Obama “a person you do not have to be scared [of] as president of the United States,” but Obama’s multiple links to anti-Americans and subversives mean he would fail the standard security clearance process for Federal employees.
Islamic aggression represents America’s strategic enemy; Obama’s many insalubrious connections raise grave doubts about his fitness to serve as America’s commander-in-chief.
Wild Thing’s comment……….
I don’t think I will ever understand why information like this does not matter to people deciding who to vote for. Including all the other things we have found out about Obama.
Can there be so many in our country that are pro Muslim, or pro terrorists? The media, most of it anyway had mocked the information about Ayers and the terrorists groups that have endorsed Obama and his money coming in from very questionable groups against America.
Are we overrun by Socialists and communists or just totally determined people to remain ignorant.
There is something inside of me that thinks that many of those saying they will vote for Obama will stand there in the voting booth and just before they mark Obama’s name will have a gut wrenching second thought of the facts they have heard, the doubt it has put in their minds, the knowledge that America HAS been the best, most awesome country in the entire world……. and then they will see there is no way they can vote for this phone, liar, communist wanna be dictator whose idea of change is from Capitalism and land of the free and home of the brave to Socialism and communism, and people being terrified to say what their thoughts are for fear of being arrested.
America is awesome and there is a strength to her, we have fought off things before and this may be a HUGE one this time, we can do it and must never give up.
….Thank you Mark for sending this to me.
Senator McCain at a rally this morning in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, talking about Biden.
MCCAIN: Senator Biden told their campaign donors that when that crisis hit, they would have to stand with them because it wouldn’t be apparent that Senator Obama would have the right response! Forget apparent. We know Senator Obama won’t have the right response. (cheers and applause) We’ve seen the wrong response from him over and over during this campaign. He opposed the surge strategy that is bringing us victory in Iraq and will bring us victory in Afghanistan. (cheers and whistles) He said he would sit down unconditionally with the world’s worst dictators. (boos) When Russia invaded Georgia, Senator Obama said the invaded country, Georgia — a small, teeny country — should show restraint. He’s been wrong on all of them.
And here is what Gov. Sarah Palin had to say.
PALIN: I guess the looming crisis that most worries the Obama campaign right now is Joe Biden’s next speaking engagement. (laughter) The real problem is that these warnings from Joe Biden are similar to his earlier assessment. Remember, throughout the primary — it wasn’t that long ago — he said, Barack Obama wasn’t up to the job, he’s not ready to be president. He said, I quote, “The presidency is not something that lends itself to on-the-job training.” The same Joe Biden said he would be “honored to run” on the ticket with John McCain because, he said, “the country would be better off with John McCain.”
Wild Thing’s comment………
What a HUGE difference in our side and the socialist, communist, marxist side. I would hate to get up in the morning if I thought like the left does.
