Now we get even more govt control over American business. Judge Napolitano presented the facts of the response to the oil spill very well. obama does not know what to do except to blame BP and then take credit for whatever success there is in the cleanup effort. Meantime, obama and the Democrats will pass more laws controlling business and the environment.
To add to TomR’s comment above. “Controlling business and the environment, at the TAXPAYERS’ EXPENSE!!!
If you think that the Health Care is expensive, wait until you see the cost of this Cap and Tax Fiasco.
This Congress and Administration is on a fast track to, not only bankrupt this country, but also a large number of it’s citizens.
It has been Obama’s agenda from the very start. This is the “CHANGE’, he was campaigning on.
Sure his approval rating is doing a nose dive, but it means nothing. He still is in power.
That was a good show, The Judge is always impressive, his no nonsense presentation of the facts is stunning.
But still too many are blaming BP for the Oil disaster, I do, to a point, because they should have known better than to drill at that depth. But they are risk takers, the rest of the blame goes to Washington for interferring with a business transaction between a pirvate company and a private business.
Tom, your right.
This whole thing stinks. Obama said he would drill, then within a couple of weeks this happened, then he is MIA on it and even fights Jindal etc. that want to do something about it right away. Then he sends in lawyers to go after BP, and the heck with the Dutch unti just yesterday. One would think Obama sent a henchmen to make this happen, an enviro person juar so he could cause a bug crisis and get his cap and trade.
Sean, exactkly at the taxpaers expense. augh!!!!
Mark,I agree, I like the Judge and I loved how he he blasted away right from the start.
