I got a kick out of the typical military assembly line, “OK, next four”. I waited in a line in Cam Rahn Bay on my way to an R&R. Didn’t know what the line was for, but guys were hurrying to get in it. Finally a GI told me it was for ice cream. Sure was good.
Angelina Jolie has sure been nice to our troops. She leads a goofy Hollywood life, but she loves our military. God Bless her.
And I sat on a sandbag in the blistering heat @ Cu Chi,RVN to watch our lovely Chrissie and the great Bob Hope entertain us. BTW, I’ll will never forget it.
Tom, giggle I LOVE that story, thank
you for sharing about the line and the
ice cream.
I agree about Angelina, the qualities
about her I really appreciate are her
love for our troops and also her
being very much pro gun too.
cuchieddie(former Army Infantry), those
times and memories I cherish forever.
