Theodore's World
The oldest helicopter in the U.S. Army turns 40-years old and it’s still in use at Fort Polk, Louisiana
The Bell Kiowa, 40 years of training pilots, amazing. Thanks WT. I’ll stick to the Huey or the ‘hook’.
Me too Jack. There is an Army NG aviation unit in the area. They fly mostly “Hooks”. They used to fly Hueye and I miss that wop-wop-wop of the blades.
Jack and Tom, thank you so much.
