….Thank you Mark for sending this video to me.

James R McKenna says:

Thanks Mark and Chrissie. As for my family and I…we shall never forget….ever.

TomR says:

This is a very special video. Something like it should have been produced by Hollywood or a broadcast news company in the 70’s. Instead, Vietnam vets were portrayed for 30+ years as psycho, drug addicted killers and losers.
This video is in my bookmarks now.

Jack says:

Excellent video, thank you Chrissie and Mark. It brings back a flood of memories and emotions. Reminding me that we live in a nation that vilifies its fighting forces for doing the tasks they have set before them as being too dirty to take on themselves, a nation that persecutes it’s border protectors, a nation that revere’s and honors it Senatorial traitors. Instead the Vietnam and Korean veterans as Tom points out were portrayed as psycho, drug addicts, baby killers and losers. A lapse of nearly 60 years hasn’t redeemed the Korean veterans honor nor has over 40 years brought back dignity to the Vietnam veterans. Only veterans and their families know and care.
My computer background is a portrait by Lee Teter named ‘Reflections’ it’s a reminder of fate or God’s will and that we who are alive today escaped inscription on that wall.

Old Soldier says:

Thank You for posting this video. It brought back a lot of old memories, some bad and some not so bad. I have friends on that wall and I will never forget. Again Thanks

Les says:

These people are the heart and soul of a country that President-Elect and soon to be Commander-in-Chief Barack Obama thinks is evil and needs radical changing. Michelle Obama wasn’t proud of the country until her husband, because of his skin color, advanced in the primary process. Is this trashing of America as evil and with selective racial patriotism what these patriots fought and died for?

Wild Thing says:

James R McKenna, I am so glad you got to see it.

Wild Thing says:

Tom, yes I sure wish the media would show this and they could do it every year on Memorial Day and Veterans day. OH How I wish this!!!!

Wild Thing says:

Jack, “Relfections” is awesome. It says so much and is a favorite of mine.

Wild Thing says:

Old Soldier, good to see you, thank you sir for coming by. I am glad you got to see it.

Wild Thing says:

Les, exactly and I will never ever forgive her for what she said. The has no excuse for it, no way of talking herself out of what she said, it is too late. And Ho-Bama being friends with a man that was a terrorists to try and make his anti-war statements to the world ( Ayers) I will never forgive him for that either.
