Thank you WT and Tom. This nation has had three great presidents, George Washington, Teddy Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan, the rest pale in comparison. Yes I miss Reagan, he was ready to rip Iran’s butt and he should have went ahead and done it.
I second Jack’s comments…..Thank you Tom for sending this to WT and Thank you WT for sharing it with us. We all need to smile during these times. It is too bad that Ronald weren’t here today – I’m sure he would have some very special comments for Obama and Michelle, Hillary and McCain. Can’t you just imagine what he might have said when Michelle came out and said she was proud to be an American for the first time in her life?!?!?! OMG – LOL!!! He would have had a field day with that!!!! And yes Bob, we do need him back!!!
I needed this. The election we are going through is an ordeal. Three candidates that are far removed from what a President should be. There may have been another president or two to add to Jack’s list, but only Ronald Reagan has been presidential in our lifetime.
His humor was priceless and everything comical he said is appropriate today. He brought America back to greatness in so many ways that have now been squandered by his successors.
President Reagan, we miss you so much.
I adored Dutch. I don’t know if it’s because he was the first President I voted for when I was of age to vote, or the fact that he was Illinois, near where my siblings and I spent many summers with our dad’s parents camping out at Hickory Hills near Eureka, Illinois. Maybe he was just different from the Presidents my parents had voted for in the past. Maybe I just knew a good thing when I saw it. Dutch was the “real” thing alright. He had humor, poise, dedication and compassion for all. I loved his fireside chats. I’d sit there with my dad and watch them when they came on tv. Dutch and my dad showed me what politics was all about. I’m sure they’ve met in Heaven and are having a grand old time, pulling jokes and tricks on the angels.
Thank you Dutch for all you did for me. I will never forget the lessons I learned from you.
Lynn, that was beautiful.
That is so neat that the first President you voted for when you were of age to vote was Reagan. Fantastic to have that memory.

BobF yes we sure do!!!
John, yes even thinking about how Reagan would have handled Obama and Hillary, what fun that would be to see that happen.
Tom same here I watched this several times so far. It feels so good, makes my heart feel better. Thank you so much Tom.
