Good article WT. I hope those guys all come home safely very soon.
Our troops doing their jobs well.
The NG units have stepped up and done their jobs in awesome ways.
I adopted 6 of them this past year+ and I was sooo happy to get their mail stop notice! Can’t wait to hear that their boots are on US soil.
Unfortunately, for a couple of the NG soldiers already home there’s been tragedy:

I’ve always felt that if a soldier survives combat, they should be exempt from bad things the rest of their lives. I know that’s not reality, but it should be.
Jack I pray for them every day, for keeping them safe and a safe return.
Tom, I sent some of these things to the news here in town and asked them if they would put the stories in the paper. They said they have to watch how much paper they use as they are trying to cut back on expenses. OMG I almost fell off my chair.
Yankeemom thank is so wonderful that you did that. Thank you so much for sharing about it.
And that link oh my gosh Yankeemom, how terrible!! I am so glad you let me know about it. I left a comment and will be adding it to my prayer list.
