GOP Sen. Mike Lee Suggests President Obama May Have Maliciously Planned Government Shutdown
GOP Sen. Mike Lee saying that President Obama had control of both Houses of Congress in 2010 and never moved to pass a 2011 Budget. Lee said the fact he never did is the result either of incompetence or deliberate, malicious planning for an eventual shutdown to take place, believing it would benefit him politically.
