U.S. House Votes 236-191 to Overturn Obama’s Unconstitutional Amnesty Order
The U.S. House has voted 236-191 to overturn President Obama’s illegal Executive Amnesty order. House Speaker John Boehner had made a strong speech denouncing Obama’s action, citing 22 times Obama himself said he could not act on his own.
The bill was part of a funding measure for the Homeland Security Department. The House voted to fund Homeland Security, but blocks use of funds to carry out Obama’s unconstitutional Executive Order.
The measure moves on to the U.S. Senate, where it is unclear whether Republicans can get the 60 votes needed to invoke cloture and bring up the bill. They have 54 votes and would need at least six Democrats to join them. Obama will undoubtedly veto the measure if it is passed by the Senate.

Wild Thing’s comment…….
It would be wonderful if the Senate would do the right thing.
