Obama Throws Senate Democrats Under the Bus
Barack Obama sent shockwaves through Senate races during a Monday radio interview with Rev. Al Sharpton wherein the president said Senate Democrats are merely pretending to distance themselves from an Obama agenda they wholeheartedly embrace.
“Some of the candidates there–it is difficult for them to have me in the state because the Republicans will use that to try to fan Republican turnout. The bottom line is though, these are all folks who vote with me, they have supported my agenda in Congress.”
Obama continued, “These are folks who are strong allies and supporters of me, and I tell them, ‘You know what, do what you need to do to win.'”
Obama’s remarks, reminiscent of Obama’s comment that all his policies are on the ballot, are sure to be featured in Republican political ads as further evidence that a vote for Democrats is a rubber stamp for Obama’s unpopular agenda.
Wild Thing’s comment……….
LOL a We know the dems in the Senate agree with Obama’s agenda but right now they would love for him to shut up.
I said months ago he is mad… VOTE in 13 days!
Obama is so arrogant that he’s saying these things because he believes he’s a god and that people will flock to vote for these Democrats so they can continue to support him. Unfortunately, in many cases people are so ignorant that he’s right.
