House approves two-year budget plan-169 Republicans and 163 Dems voting yes and 62 Republicans and 32 Democrats voting no

The House approved a two-year spending plan on Thursday evening, in a strong bipartisan vote that underscored the desire by many lawmakers to avoid a repeat of the October budget showdown.
The bill was approved 332-94.

For the sake of hopeful reelection, the Republicans in the House have screwed us all.
My Repub rep., Pete Sessions, voted for it. He has been in DC 20yrs and is an establishment follower. He is campaigning hard as a conservative which he is probably 75% of the time. However, this election he has a Tea Partier challenging him in the primary and she has a good chance of beating him. He knows it and is spending big $$ to campaign hard. My vote is going to her.
