Obama Says He Has “Absolutely” No Regrets About Ignoring The Economy During His First Two Years…

Q: Yes, that begs a question from us, Mr. President. Some say you had a super majority in your first two years and had this incredible opportunity, but because of what you were talking about, as you were running, you had to go to get Obamacare done. Do you have any regrets taking on some of the economic issues, some of the issues that we’re talking about for your second term, that when you had the chance, so to speak, during your first — do you have any regrets that you didn’t do that at that time?
THE PRESIDENT: Absolutely not, Laura. Remember the context. First of all, Mitch McConnell has imposed an ironclad filibuster from the first day I was in office. And that’s not speculation. I mean, this is — it’s amply recorded. He gave a speech saying, my task is to defeat the President.
Wild Thing’s comment………….
I sure hope people vote smarter this election.
The standard bearer of what’s become of the Democrat party and it’s members continue to live delusional in a world all to their own.
Four years ago,
There were 257 Dems in the U.S. House, today 190, and loss of control.
56 Dems in the U.S. Senate, today 51, in all likelihood loss of control as well.
There were 29 Dem Governors of the 50 states; today 20.
4,073 Dems in the 50 state legislatures, today 3,319.
Having no record of achievement to run on throughout his entire public life, characterizing as wicked and evil and stifling the opposition has been this President’s strategy for every elective office he’s ever held.
Having no clear exposition of how the next four years are going to be different from the last simply cannot win in the marketplace of ideas.
The President’s angry stare and sarcasm talking with ridicule about bayonets, horses and aircraft carriers at the last debate together with the Vice President, his chief surrogate and President of the Senate , mocking with laughter time and again while his opponent was speaking reveals vividly to all Americans the major cause of the gridlock in Washington and their major disengagement with
Congress and the American people that did not vote for them four years ago.
This one term bottom worst of Presidents is going down big time.
I see a final repudiation of this administration just like the “shellacking” in 2010.
Mitt Romney, with no less than 30 states and well over 300 electoral votes, will win this 2012 election with over 50% of the popular vote.
–The President hardly 200 electoral votes from maybe 18 states.
A resounding failure to his party with numbers even less than above, a record of trillions in deficit spending Americans will be paying for beyond his lifetime, an aberration, one huge American mistake, the 44th and bottom worst of all Presidents whose name I have never uttered, much less written.
A committed collectivist, a community organizer, that’s all he ever was.
Romney deserve to win, amricans and the world deserve it. An Obama victory would be a nightmare, not only for you the american citizens, but for the reste of the world. The world need a strong America, the world need a strong leader.
