Democrats Threaten SCOTUS prior to ObamaCare ruling
.
Wild Thing’s comment…………….
Democrats and their president Obama are so used to making threats and getting their way, they don’t respect any one or any position other then their agenda.
Ring leader Joe Biden presided over the Senate Judiciary Committee that allowed the circus-like, defamatory and scurrilous proceedings of the Robert Bork and Clarence Thomas Republican nominations to the Supreme Court.
In clear and stark contrast Republican Orrin Hatch subsequently presided over the same committee with constitutional adherence and tradition led decorum during the Ginsburg and Breyer Democrat nominations of the Clinton administration to the Supreme Court.
This next month of June will play out to be a very bad month for the Democrats and the declining prospects of this President’s reelection.
First the failed Democrat led recall election of Wisconsin Governor Walker will be a prescient sign of the November general elections with Democrats voting for the Republican in a Democrat majority state. —a big defeat.
Later in June, the Supreme Court will declare unconstitutional this President’s signature achievement and dash the lost hope and change sought. —an even larger defeat.
This President’s legacy will be a dismal failure in leadership by dividing Americans inciting the basest of human emotions, protracted unemployment, failed government expansion and dependency, profligate never-before-seen spending leaving future Americans with the burden of servicing trillions in public debt, a cumulative sum more than any other government administration in the history of the world.
—a sweeping plenary example of how not to govern, with far-reaching ramifications not yet known.
—a lost decade very much like the 1930’s prior to the advent of World War II, and like the lost decade prior to the election of Abraham Lincoln and the advent of the American Civil War.
That interview should be required as a part of every American Government class, at every level.
Alberto Gonzales, gives us a very clear view of how the Court operates in going about their decisions.
The fact that, a curmudgeon like Sen Leahy, has the huevos to stand on the Senate floor and make such rash and inflamatory statements, backed up with lies, is a sign of just how desparate the Democrats have become.
The Press will no doubt get involved in the attacks on the Supreme Court, if the decision proves that the bill is unconstitutional. Rather, than offering explanations and examples of how the Court operates and arrives at decisions, they no doubt will resort to the likes of Paul Krugman, to give his, “unbiased, lawerly, analysis.
This will open up the flood gates for the Sharptons, Matthews, and other talking heads, to further muddy the waters.
Sen Leahy, the man who should be in prison for treason. He is so secure in his seat that he thinks he can do or say whatever he wants. Bullying is the cause of the moment for liberals, yet here is a liberal leader doing just that, bullying. Maybe this will backfire and the swing vote on SCOTUS will add it to the many reasons to repeal obamacare.
