Patriot Mike Sola Confronts Socialist Congressman Dingell at TownHall Meeting

Rep. Dingell Claims Town Hall ‘Infiltrated’ After Man With Sick Son Vents Anger



At a town hall last Thursday in Romulus, Michigan, Rep. John Dingell (D-Michigan), a lead author of the Democrats health care legislation in the House, struggled to cool the tempers of his constituents angered at President Obama’s health care reform plan.
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. The debate over health care reform is threatening to boil over. Many Democrats in Congress, such as Congressman John Dingell, say they’re being targeted by groups organized to scuttle the proposed legislation.
Mike Sola of Milan went face-to-face and toe-to-toe with veteran Congressman Dingell at a town hall meeting on health care. Sola claimed his 39-year-old son, Scott, with cerebral palsy would get not care whatsoever under legislation Dingell is sponsoring.
As the Washington Times reports, ” there were no buses, no swastikas, not a piece of Astroturf in sight.” The paper goes

“You’re a fraud, you have not read the bill,” screamed Mike Sola, who got directly in the lawmaker’s face in furious confrontation, wheeling his 36-year-old son, Scott, who has cerebral palsy, directly to the podium before police stepped in and encouraged the Milan, Mich., man to leave. He asserted that the bill would not help his disabled child.

“Fascist America,” Mr. Sola screamed on his way out.

After Sola had left, Mr. Dingell said of the manwho had just wheeled his son with cerebral palsy out of the room, and any other individuals who came to speak to their representative in Congress in order to criticize the Democrats health care plan,

“This meeting has been rather heavily infiltrated by folks who wish to make trouble, as you all saw, and they were very diligent and effective at the matter.”

After the town hall event ended, reporters asked Mr. Dingell what was the Democrats’ plan if the health care bill failed.

“It isn’t going to fail, I won’t let it, “an unfazed Mr. Dingell responded.

Please also note the part where the father asked Dingell whether his son will get health care under this bill, and Dingell actually said they would put an “amendment in to specifically deal with his son’s problem?” What a load of BS. Why do they think they need an amendment to deal with a handicapped person’s heath care? It should be a given that all people will get health care. End of story. No need for an “amdendment.”
Dingell later said that the people who confronted him were organizers. What a horriible man Dingell is, he would be kicked out asap.
It was so sad, I was crying. That is one brave man, and he has my admiration and respect.
They just replayed the video while talking to Mike Pence on TV. God bless Mike Pence, he is one of the good politicans fighting for us.
Each significant revolution in America has come from severe taxation and tyranny of her people. Obamacare is being challenged so strongly because we see the writing on the wall.
We need to stand together and fight together. If Obama and union thugs come in hundreds, we must come in thousands.

Contrast this man’s experience with the one I saw of the 400 pound Obama supporter-protester outside the Rep National Convention last year whining, “I’m so tired of waking up and not knowing what I’m going to feed my kids!”
They are so busted. I feel encouraged though, first time in awhile.

It’s all about control, Mark is dead on. Back in ’76 I hired on with ARCO, a free agent on my own merits as an outsider from Westinghouse. I came from a union environment into a staunch anti union environment. The field managers at that time were one, an old timer from the Texas-Oklahoma oil fields, the other a retired Air Force officer, both were different in their management style and both had the same attitude. We were hired to do the job, if we couldn’t handle it then they’d find someone else that could. I was cut loose to do my thing under a second liner, an A-hole ARCO lifer from California, he was a micro manager and didn’t have a clue what my job was, only that I annoyed him by going around his BS and getting it done. After starting up 6 drill sites I got crosswise of him because that Airforce officer manager caught me and one contractor doing a drill site startup by ourselves without any other ARCO help, he ripped some ARCO ass and being in the middle of the fight I was banished to the gas plant, I took to it like white on rice and for the most part that butthead was on the fringes of my existence. Naturally with him and his kind in charge there were labor problems, they hired independent workers then tried to babyset them. Meantime the two original managers moved on to another project and were replaced by corporate bean counters. There was talk of organizing the oilfield and heads rolled, they kept rolling for the 20 winters I spent in the Arctic, about every 18 months we had new bosses rank and file. They’d call for an information meeting to address grievances on both sides but when it came to asking our side, the first questions asked were met with intimidation tactics as if we were their mortal enemy, the union worker. All communications were one sided with their dictating and we listening, I watched the relationships deteriorate, self motivation was gone, it devolved to where I did the minimum before I drug up, by then ARCO was in the last throws of going under, they’d downsized to the point that an outside contractor processed my severance package. I’m witnessing today on the national scale what I witnessed everyday for 20 years at ARCO, belligerent management ignoring the hand that feeds them. I went looking for that original second liner one day, security ask me what I wanted him for, I told them I was going to see if the large intestine was indeed 32 feet long. A week later we had a confrontation where he asked me if I was threatening him, no I promise it is not a threat. Only a promise and mentioned the fact that we lived in the same city and I had off time at the same time he did, and if he ever screwed with me again I’d level his home with him in it. That was the end of any small talk with that ratbastard.

I watched the youtube’s of McCaskill’s townhall’s in SE Missouri today. She seemed much more subdued and concilliatory than usual. I didn’t see any heated exchanges. Wish I could have gone there today. It would be nice to get in a question. Maybe I could have turned her into a Republican!

Jack, you’re so right. I look forward to the day I can leave this a**hole filled s***hole and never look back. A year ago when oil was $120 per barrel, I don’t know of anyone (contractors) getting a raise. Over the past 2 months, we’ve all either had pay cuts or reduced hours or both. With the down economy, they know other opportunities have dried up. Glad i still live in the same old shack and didn’t move up to the bigger mortgage. Some of these guys are hurting financially.
