Obama’s ‘birth certificate’ not acceptable in Hawaii?
Even state requires long-form document for some eligibility, identification issues
wnd
The Hawaiian certification of live birth Barack Obama posted on his campaign website and distributed to select news organizations as proof he was a “natural born citizen” would not be accepted as a “birth certificate” even for some Hawaiian state government eligibility issues.
The investigation follows a Honolulu Star Bulletin column Saturday, which quotes a state Department of Health spokeswoman as saying the state’s current certification of live birth is recognized “as an official birth certificate meeting all federal and other requirements.”
The website of the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, however, states clearly the certification of live birth touted by the Obama campaign, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs and a host of other Obama defenders is not acceptable as a form of identification to qualify under this program.
Obama’s “citizenship” was never the question raised during the campaign or after the election. The issue raised by WND has consistently been that Obama failed to prove he was actually born in Hawaii and thus constitutionally qualified to become president as a “natural born citizen” – which requires that the birth took place in the United States.
The qualifications for the Hawaiian Home Lands program require a certified copy of a standard birth certificate – also known as the “long-form certificate” filled out in the hospital and including details such as the name of the hospital and the attending physician.
“In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green,” the qualifications state. “This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.”
According to Hawaii’s Department of Health spokeswoman Janice Okubo, the state only issues “certifications” of live births since 2001 when the health department went paperless. It is only available in electronic form, she said.
“At that time, all information for births from 1908 (on) was put into electronic files for consistent reporting,” she is quoted as telling the Star Bulletin. “The electronic record of the birth is what (the Health Department) now keeps on file in order to provide same-day certified copies at our help window for most requests,” Okubo said.
She did not explain how those needing a standard long-form birth certificate to qualify for programs such as those offered by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands or to establish proof of eligibility to be president could be fulfilled. She said the U.S. Supreme Court has recognized the state’s current certification of live birth “as an official birth certificate meeting all federal and other requirements.” She did not, however, cite any specific rulings, and the Supreme Court has not taken up the issue of whether the certification of live birth would qualify a presidential candidate as eligible under the “natural born citizen” clause.
Wild Thing’s comment…….
“would not be accepted as a “birth certificate” even for some Hawaiian state government eligibility issues, WND has learned.”
Not good enough for government eligibility issues, but good enough to run for the Presidency.
Obama PROMISED “transparency”….but….. this is what he means by that:
He has spent spent millions of dollars protecting himself from lawsuits which have demanded access to his:
Birth Certificate (long form)
College entrance records
College grades
College assistance and scholarship info
Passport information
I say keep the heat on him. Sooner or later, he’ll upset someone who has access to the information needed, and it will come out.
.
….Thank you Mark for sending this to me.

I see a mistake-clear as crystal-on a legit birth certificate, his father would have been listed as negro, not African. plus, was his mom’s name really Stanley?
Also what would have given some insite into what this POS is made of would have been some papers he’d written on his various topics, Race, America, World Policy. These records have also been sealed .
Nobody had the slightest idea what made up the democrat candidate and still don’t. We are learning very quickly but that information should have been available long before this. This is the MSM and the Rino Republicans fault, neither wanted to rock their respective boats.
Crank up the printing presses, I see a brand new Czar in the making here, birth certification via the Department of Immaculate Conception. No belly button required, sorry, honky’s excluded!!!
In lieu of his birth certificate let’s have a look at that U.S. Passport while we are at it.
I’m just a nobody but my very own passport(expired)required a ‘certified birth certificate’, the one that had the ’embossed state seal’, two current regulation passport photos and those obligatory fingerprints. Everything but the personal signatures of my great great grandparents. At the time I also had to disclose all outside travel on the application form and the reason for the application, employment in Indonesia, also since I’d held a sensitive security clearance I had to provide that entire background for their investigation. It wasn’t just granted to me.
Where the hell is Obama’s passport and his real Birth certificate?
Lynn, very perceptive! For a herd that has a self identity problem the term African was not in use back then. Folks were still barred from front entry to establishments, they had their own drinking fountains and outhouses. Termed African negro maybe, negro a very likely yes. I’m surprised that the forger didn’t call his father the hyphenated Afro-Kenyan. Unfortunately, yes Stanley was it’s name, dark meat was it’s game.
Spot on Mark, spot on.
Lynn…BINGO!! His fathers race would not have been “African”. African was never a race but a continent. He would have been listed as Negro or Negroid. Back in the early 60’s he wouldn’t even have been listed as “Black”; Blacks took that word as offensive during that time period.
Lynn, WOW, excellent!
Mark, I agree, the rino’s etc. did not
want to rock the boat and now we are
stuck with him….for the time being.
No one puts their schooling, papers
they have written etc. under protection
like Obama has unless there is something
huge to hide.
Jack,LOL a new CZAR, we are going to
have to learn some voooodka recipies
and Russian expressions if this
keeps up.
Da’ is the only word I can think of right
off the bat.
