Col Jessup sure has Smith right. He’s never picked up a rifle and stood a post. Only thing he ever picked up was a pen.
I never saw that film, too many libs playing the parts. But this is perfect. Shep couldn’t keep up with the Colonel.
Smith showed his true colors during Hurricane katrina, he whined his way through that whole debacle and of course joined the chorus of the blame Bush crowd.
He like most of the media think only ‘Guvment kin hep’ anybody. He and his ilk have never heard of self reliance.

is known for the one main scene that was
