Pay for Performance
Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla) on the bill before Congress that would cap excessive pay….. putting salary and bonus control of *all* employees receiving *any* federal assistance in the hands of the Treasury Secretary, is in the nation’s best interest.
Wild Thing’s comment……
Neil Cavuto slammed Far Left liberal Alan Grayson for proposing a bill that gives Congress the power to decide what it excessive pay for American jobs.
This was beautiful. Cavuto slams Grayson for not answering his questions.
“The Constitution never gave you the damn authority of telling anyone what they should make… The Constitution never gave you the authority to blithely come in here and arrogantly set pay for people you don’t even know. And, you don’t have the guts to come back at me and tell me what you think adequate pay range is.”
….Thank you Mark for sending this to me.

I saw this in the afternoon. I have never seen Neil so animated as he was in this interview. With the Arrogant putz from Florida. Grayson thought he was going to roll Cavuto. didn’t happen, then Neil used the words hell and damn and then Grayson backpedeling accused Neil of using profanity…I mean give me a break. Grayson is a slimeball from the git go.
They really do think they are way above the ‘people’ in this country, and Grayson is proof positive that this is their attitude. This Grayson was not especially bright, nor glib, and had trouble staying on his feet after being hit a couple of times. Like Marciano, Neil went after him with all the tenacity of the Brockton Blockbuster when he decked Ezzard Charles. God bless the Italians.
Neil laid the smack-down on him, that’s for sure.
Mark,LOL thanks for that, GREAT description
you did of what happened!
I agree too about the arrogance from the left.
It is bad enough they are wrecking our country
but they do it with a total arrogance that makes
me even angrier about it.
BobFl.., giggle yes he sure did.
I love it.
I wonder if this would apply to me when I go back to work? My retired pay is drawn on the Treasury of The United States. Does that make me subject to this proposed statute? If it does, me and this “gentleman” from Florida are going to have a conversation. It would be a one way conversation in the fact that I would be doing the talking and he had better be listening.
Neil’s right. There is NOTHING in the Constitution giving anyone any rights over anyone else’s paychecks! Where the heck they came up with this is beyond me. I earned my pay, I should keep it and if I get a bonus, it’s all mine-no one should interfere with that.
