You Can Say Thank you General David Petraeus

This week General David Petraeus will report to Congress on the recent progress in Iraq. When General Petraeus testified six months ago, he was the victim of personal and vicious attacks by ultra-liberal groups. MoveOn.org took out a full-page ad in the New York Times calling General Petraeus a traitor.
The truth is most Americans do not approve of MoveOn.org’s actions, nor do they support MoveOn’s radical positions on many issues. So this time as he testifies before Congress, we want General Petraeus and the troops he leads to know we stand with them.
Join Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell in thanking General Petraeus by signing this special thank-you card at this website.

Lynn says:

Thank you for your bravery, your kindness,
consideration of others and your extreme
ability to lead others. You are making a big
difference in the way the war is going and you
are to be commended.
Long live General Petraeus!

Jack says:

Signed the card, sorry WT, didn’t make a donation to Mitch, but I do have a tin cup it he needs it.
Thank you General Petraeus for your selfless service and dedication to world peace and our national security. God bless you and our troops and may you bring this war to a timely and sucessful end for our countrymen and our allies. Godspeed

TomR says:

It is good to be able to thank Gen Petraeus for leading America’s Best.

Mark says:

General Patraeus deserves the Thanks but also a special thank you for staying at his post. Not so much the post in Iraq, that he would do no problem, but to have to put up with, the democrats and some republicans, these self-righteous, Pompus ass-wipes who don’t know which end of the rifle the bullet comes out. To have to endure this kind of treatment from a Woman, who lies about sniper fire, had they been shooting at her she would not have a vague memory, it would stay vivid forever.
Just to put up with this kind of treatment, the disdain takes a special kind of Person.

Wild Thing says:

Thanks everyone.
Yes the donate page is voluntary so no one needed to feel like they had to donate. I noticed that too.
