Christopher Walken does his comedic-intimidating thing as Michael Rapaport’s mob caretaker in “Kiss Toledo Goodbye.” Rapaport says he wants out, and it turns into a political argument.
Wild Thing’s comment……..
LOL Christopher Walken is so funny and this is a great little political scene. heh heh
I love Walken. He’s an under-rated actor.
One of his many great movies was “Biloxi Blues”. Yes, he is a really entertaining actor.
Walken started out, I think, as a professional dancer. He auditioned for, and got the part in The Deer Hunter and was paid just $30,000, which wasn’t a whole lot even in 1978.
He’s doing comic acting now, and he’s really good at it. He’s versatile, intelligent and interesting, which on the face of it means he can’t be a liberal.
Hi Vilmar, yes he is really good.
Tom, that was a good movie. I like the way he is able to switch from drama to comedy and he is a natual at comdey.
Rhod, thanks, I didn’t know that. I bought the movie Deer Hunter, and his acting in that was excellent.
You might be right about his not being a liberal at least not a full blown one. His wife was the casting director for The Sopranos TV series.
