Thank you Chrissie, what a wonderful surprise!!! Some things are better off forgotten, like birthdays, I have tried, denial doesn’t work . I sincerely hope you are doing better.
62 years ago the doctor swatted me on the butt and welcomed another hungry brat into the world, that same day the United States flag was raised on Mt. Suribachi, since that time I’ve seen most of that world. Some of it good, some of it bad, I have witnessed mankind at it’s best and mankind at it’s worst. I reflect on that often and I’m dismayed that the battle of good and evil is as strong now as it has been all my life.
I am grateful to have been born an American, I love this country, although I feel it is no longer the country of my birth, I yearn to keep that heritage intact, many who come to this site cherish those same beliefs, I feel amongst family here.
I want to express my gratitude to all who have wished me well, thank you and God bless you all. Have a great day!!!
