Kerry ~ “An Army Made Up of Black, Brown and Poor”

Wild Thing’s comment…….

“In 1972 Kerry unburdened himself of his concern that a volunteer Army would be dominated by the underprivileged (who I think he described as “black, brown and the poor”) and these volunteers would be prone “to the perpetuation of war crimes”….”….Rhod

Yesterday Rhod mentioned a quote by Kerry, I had never heard it before but last night when I was looking at some things to post I saw this video. It has other quotes in it as well and I thought you might want to see it.

Rhod says:

It’s rare..it really is…to find a man this damnned stupid and opportunistic, or both, in high public office. Nature gave this moron the face to match the intellect. Think of the old expression that a monkey who climbs too high, always show his ass.
No theory about the composition of volunteer armies has been proven either way. Armies of conscripts are claimed to be more democratic, but Kerry ALSO is on record as saying that a draft combined with a deferrment system leads to an Army of low-class, inbred knuckle-draggers who spend their time between rapes and murders by twirling their moustaches and raping each other. Kerry, himself, belongs on the Group W Bench because he’s a moron.
Following any Kerry statement to its logical conclusion takes you nowhere but to the dried-walnut brain of John Kerry. And he keeps asking for it. Cranky, at Six Meat Buffer recently put it this way…”I mean, when the clown keeps taunting from his perch on the dunk tank, it’s hard to resist”.

Wild Thing says:

Great comment about Kerry, thank you.
And I love this, I never heard it before…..”a monkey who climbs too high, always show his ass.”
Hahahahahahaha Now you just know I seeing an image of Kerry’s face on a monkey up in a tree or better yet climbing on the outside of a building in Washington D.C.. hahaha

BobF says:

Only 33% of those who fought in Vietnam were drafted. That means 66% of the men who went to Vietnam visited their local recruiters and volunteered for military service. By contrast, only 34% of those who fought WWII were volunteers. That means 66% of those who fought WWII waited to get their draft notices.

It seems to me going to an all volunteer force was a simple evolutionary thing.

Wild Thing says:

Rhod, hahahaaha I can see Kerry sitting on the dunk tank. heh heh
What fun that would be….ker-plop with every stupid quote of his.

Wild Thing says:

HI Bob thank you so much for the link!!! Great post!
