MARK LEVIN: A look back at the attacks on Reagan, how they are similar to attacks on conservatives today
Mark Levin gives a great history lesson on the attacks aimed at Ronald Reagan by establishment-type Republicans, who called him extreme and said he couldn’t win. Similar attacks are now being leveled at conservatives like Ted Cruz from the same Republican types who were wrong the first time.

I remember all too well the GOP/RNC attacks on and stonewalling of RR. I also remember Bush’s “voodoo economics” slight of Reagan. Reagan’s economics proved a winner and Bush’s later trashing of Reagan’s economics were a disaster to Bush.
Now today I see the same GOP/RNC establishment clique attacks on true conservatives such as Ted Cruz, Rick Perry,and Sarah Palin. And the establishment doesn’t win crap with their moderate progressive anti conservatives. The Tea Party was born just as much to counter the GOP/RNC as it was to counter obama.
