This is actually a scary ruling. Four of them ruled against the Constitutional authority of Congress and for dictatorial powers to the president. If HRH Hillary gets elected, we can kiss the Constitution of the United States goodby.

If Hillary gets in our freedom will be exchanged for govt. servitude. Thank goodness the Repubs stood firm on no SCOTUS appt until after the election. Just one more Lib SCOTUS and the American Experiment is history.
