Baltimore Mayor Requests Federal Investigation Into Police Dept
Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake asked the Justice Department on Wednesday to conduct a full-scale civil rights investigation into the pattern and practices of the Baltimore Police Department — a probe that would examine excessive force, discriminatory harassment, false arrests, and unlawful stops, searches or arrests.

The Police Department should ask for investigations of the Mayor, of the City Council, of the School Board.

The mayor is Black, the Police Commissioner is Black, the Police Chief is Black, the States Attorney is Black, three of the six officers charged are Black and the mayor wants a civil rights investigation? Who's civil rights are being violated? White peoples?
