Me too. I have a legal full auto M16. It is great to shoot. But I still like the old and proud steel and wood rifles. The M1 Garand, M1 Carbine and Springfield Armory M1A. I have one of each and shoot them a lot. They are also nice to look at and fondle. Utiltarian and effective.
One time Chrissie had a picture of a WWII era BAR and another time she had a pic of the M14(M1A). Both were great pics and I copied them to my computer. I can't find them to send now, but they do pop up sometimes as screensavers.
Think I may go to my gunsafe now and caress my M1A or Garand. Lol.
