Obama, Holder and Sharpton's Ferguson Shooter On the Loose
Several people were taken in for questioning after a SWAT team converged on a Ferguson home near the shooting site, but they were later released, and no arrests were made.

This is what Obama and Holder wanted. When Holder couldn't find anything whatsoever wrong done by Officer Wilson, he went after the police department. He gave license to the wackos out there to also take matters into their own hands.
