Obama Has Revealed His Plan to Retake Mosul, Iraq Letting ISIS know plan
"One of the principles of military operations is, you don't release these sort of details in advance, it allows them (the enemy) to prepare their defenses and put in defensive measures"
Much to the surprise of many Americans, the Obama administration is revealing its plan to retake Mosul, Iraq’s second largest city, months before the anticipated battle happens.
An official from U.S. Central Command told reporters on Thursday that the fight will likely begin in April or May and will involve up to 25,000 U.S.-trained Iraqi troops.
“It’s very mystifying why this administration would reveal potential plans to retake Mosul,” Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) told Fox News’s Megyn Kelly Thursday night.
“If a private in Iraq had revealed this kind of planning inadvertently by leaving a plan in the chow hall or the gym, he might have faced a court-martial, but it’s now become a matter of policy this administration is going to announce war plans in advance.”
Obama has outlined a plan (and made it public) to use approximately 20,000 to 25,000 Iraqi and Peshmerga troops to move on the city of Mosul, Iraq to retake it from an estimated 2,000 ISIS fighters — an attacking force that will include five Iraqi Army brigades, three peshmerga brigades, and former Mosul police forces and Iraqi Counter Terrorism Service troops.
People are asking why? Why would anybody ever telegraph battle plans, killing the element of surprise and allowing the enemy to prepare for what's coming?

Compare this to the plans of Operation Overlord in WWII. The Germans were fooled into thinking the invasion would take place at Pont-de-Calais while the invasion forces actually landed at Normandy. obama is a sad and deadly administration of idiots, lefists and liars. His administration has thrown more people under the bus than all other presidential administrations combined.
