An Illegal Immigrant is willing to work for less wages to get a job. Since they're willing to work for less, employers are raising their wages for American Citizens as bonuses for them hiring people to work for less. Yea, that's how it works. Since they're saving money on some workers wages, they're giving what they saved to other workers. Makes sense to me.
