Kerry: We Are Not at War With ISIS
After Barack Obama’s Address on ISIS on Wednesday, Secretary of State John F. Kerry said the US is not at war with ISIS.
Reporter: Is the US at War with ISIS?
John F. Kerry: I think that’s the wrong terminology. What we are doing is engaging in a very significant counter-terrorism operation. It’s going to go on for some period of time.

Obama's speech was horrible and Kerry in what he has said only makes it even worse to send mixed messages.....but then we are dealing with idiots and traitors to our country.( Obama and Kerry)
