Ed Henry: So, these U.S. troops that are alongside the Iraqi troops, if they are fired upon by ISIS, are they to do nothing?
Josh Earnest: U.S. troops have rules of engagement
Ed Henry: OK, if they fire back, that means they are in combat and it's a combat zone.
Josh Earnest ends up twisting himself into a pretzel so he can say there will be no 'combat troops' on the ground.
