Obama Blames Spread of ISIS on Disgruntled Populations (No Mention of Radical Islam)
Obama administration knew ISIS was serious threat as far back as 2012.
Today Barack Obama dodged a question on why he missed the threat of ISIS in Iraq.
Obama went on to blame the spread of ISIS on the public “feeling alienated by their prospective governments.”
