Paul Ryan responds to the clip last night on Fox News Hannity. Ryan said it was the first time he had heard the audio of the Obama interview. Paul Ryan says, "that didn't sound too charming to me"
Ryan: "Is it so draconian to scale back the increase in spending by 3.4% a year instead of growing it by 5% a year over the next decade? He comes in at the 1:50 mark here on Hannity
