Donald Trump on Chief Justice Roberts: “His Decision Makes No Sense and He Knows It Doesn’t Make Sense”
Trump told Greta Van Susteren,
“Justice Roberts is a smart man and a smart man could not have made this decision. Because you look at his decision. It’s just fraught with ambiguities and inconsistencies and it doesn’t make sense. He knows it doesn’t make sense. He grasped at the tax concept so he could justify it… In this case everybody knew what was the right thing and he did the wrong thing.”
Wild Thing's comment.............

Ambassador Ron Kirk has not delivered or negotiated a single trade agreement since appointed United States Trade Representative by this President in 2009 within a failed administration of citizens of the world more concerned and oriented with inequality, environmental and social issues of the world than the development of American jobs and the basic advocacy of American industry:

In stark contrast, Donald Trump would well serve America as a spirited successful results-oriented foreign trade representative in a Romney administration of a cabinet made up of American citizens actually advocating American interests.
With a no nonsense business acumen, he would expand American exports worldwide to heights never before seen, strengthen American commerce in our hemisphere of the Americas, particularly with Canada our largest trading partner, challenge OPEC's economic monopoly on crude oil world markets, and effectively hold the Chinese to the carpet with their far too long currency and trade manipulations.
He would well take his charge, deliver solid tangible results for America, surely announce them very publicly distinguishing the Office of the United States Trade Representative and of course, himself.

If Justice Roberts decision was to throw the hot potato back to the voting public, then I then I think he violated his responsibility to uphold The Constitution. His cutesy little trick will be one of the costlest blunders in American history. He has locked open the door for limitless mandates to be forced on American citizens by the two other branches of govt.
It seems like in the last few decades it is wimpy conservatives that have caused the greatest damage to America. Our present House Speaker and Senate Minority leader are less than a half step above worthless. I almost don't want another Repub president. They are very disappointing as they play reach across the aisle and base their policies on stupid crap like "compassion".

Thank you Carols for the information and links I appreciate it. You are so right Carlos, what a contrast.
Tom, I agree so much Roberts had a chance to show the entire country respect for our Constitution and he failed big time. You said it better then I and thank you.
