Obama Waving and How It Happened. ~ LOL
Fox News Bret Baier reports that Obama raised his hand after having 'enough of the flash bulbs' and joked that photographers had to have gotten at least one good shot.
Obama waving during pictures with world leaders at the United Nations. Yes, he totally blocked the Mongolian leader from the camera.
