Ron Paul says U.S. intervention motivated 9/11 attacks
Two weeks away from the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, presidential candidate and Texas Rep. Ron Paul says that U.S. intervention in the Middle East is a main motivation behind terrorist hostilities toward America, and that Islam is not a threat to the nation.
At a campaign stop on Saturday in Winterset, one man asked Paul how terrorist groups would react if the U.S. removed its military presence in Middle Eastern nations, a move the candidate advocates.
“Which enemy are you worried that will attack our national security?” Paul asked.
“If you’re looking for specifics, I’m talking about Islam. Radical Islam,” the man answered.
“I don’t see Islam as our enemy,” Paul said. “I see that motivation is occupation and those who hate us and would like to kill us, they are motivated by our invasion of their land, the support of their dictators that they hate.”
Regarding 9/11, Paul said that attacks against the U.S. from Middle Eastern groups at home and abroad can be traced to the foreign presence of U.S. troops, as well as America’s relationships with dictator regimes.
Paul referred to a military base in Saudi Arabia, the birthplace of Islam, as a key motivator in the Sept. 11th attacks. Osama bin Laden viewed it as an American desecration of holy land.
“After 9/11, (people said) ‘Oh yeah, it’s those very bad people who hate us,’ but 15 of (the hijackers) came from Saudi Arabia,” said Paul. “One of the reasons they attacked us, is we propped up this Sharia government and the fundamentalists hated us for it.”
The congressman particularly decried U.S.-led bombings in foreign nations, saying that “almost always those individuals that they are trying to kill did not have any direct relationship” with threats to the U.S.

He is nuts. And so are his supporters. And I will go further and say all of them are dangerous and I include Ron Paul in that.
Ron Paul is a sick twisted freak and his supporters are even worse.

Ron Paul is an old man and has a shallow attitude from an earlier era. Back when Eisenhower was the only thing keeping the Europeans from recolonizing the Muslim countries the thinking out of the State department was that the Muslims were not our enemy’s. Those who had a deeper perspective on history knew different.
Until Ron Paul reexamines the attitudes in the depth he has monetary issues he is going to be looking at the securities arrangements including those with Muslim countries as some place where we might save money.

Our intervention in the middle east is the cause of the 9-11 attacks. In other words according to Paul, it is our own fault.
Another Paulite, Alex Jones, a Whacko talkshow host who has all of 20 listers, claims that it was Bush's fault for the 9-11 attacks and Ron Paul who has been a regular guest on this nuts show has all but confirmed that.
As it turns out Paul is an Anti-semite, pro-muslim, pro Ground Zero Mosk, and removing the cross at Ground Zero would make a difference in our relations with the muslims.
There is also the Conspiracy side of Ron Paul. Back in 1967 A spy ship the USS Liberty, was raided by the Israelis'. It has been proven to have been a gross error by the Israeli's and they admitted it. However, the Paulites claim President Johnson set this up and Israel was paid for the job.
According to Ron Paul himself, the only reason our troops freed the Concentration Camps in Western Germany, was based on an Illegal declaration of war, we had no right to be there, Roosevelt declared an illegal war. However, he neglects to mention that on December 8, 1941 Hitler declared War on the United States.
Ron Paul and his ilk support him because he claims that he will legalize drugs and Prostitution, their sole reasonfor their support of him.
So who is Ron Paul? Nobody seems to know, but most dates in American History according to Ron Paul are the result of someones conspiracy. Just for the Big money people to make money at the peoples expense.
