Pieces Of Human Debris (Democrats and Media, the campaign arm for Obama) And Their Obsession With Palin Emails a “Disgrace” They are TERRIFIED of Sarah Palin!!!
Charles Krauthammer calling the way the Mainstream Media is salivating over 24,000 pages of Sarah Palin’s emails a “disgrace.” Both The Washington Post and The New York Times are actually enlisting readers to help them dig through the emails to find dirt on Palin. They make no pretense of trying to be fair or even-handed. Even Democrat Kirsten Powers mocked what the liberal media is doing by pointing out they have discovered that Palin thought about getting a “tanning bed,” which Powers noted is important for us to know!
To this day, the liberal media has no questions about Barack Obama and his radical associations. Sarah Palin is a private citizen right now. She is not even a candidate for President. But they will do anything they can to destroy her. They already look like the biased fools that they are, and when they come up with nothing significant from those 24,000 pages, it will be confirmed.

Fisrt of all how did they get these Emails? By a Court order, is the governors records always available to the public, then as you say WT why don't they go after Barry's records. Of course we know the answer to that one.
They are desparate to find a Weinergate on our side and they are starting with Sarah Palin. Hell, these morons of the Times and Post would do just as well to contact Ed Rollins of the Bachmann campaign to get as much dirt from them. Although I don't believe they will find much.
Freedom of the press is one thing, but purposely destroying, or trying to destroy someones Character, for no other reason than political advantage, is illegal. This is nothing but a frivolous witch hunt, when they should be looking in Washington, not Alaska.

Where was all this spirited scrutiny and round the clock probing that citizens expect of journalists four years ago when the current occupant of the White House aspired to be President of this great republic ?
What we have today is advocacy journalism bred from a groundless pop culture of on-line computers, electronic social media, and all this twitter nonsense without a strong base of grounded historical guidance in the expected conduct of their essential work.
Journalism’s first obligation is to the truth and its first loyalty is to its American citizens. Its essence lies in its discipline of verification. Its practitioners must maintain an unbiased independence from those they cover and must serve always as a our country’s independent monitor of power and its elected officials.
The work and conduct of the fourth estate is so vital, so important and so very essential within our republic.
Today’s journalists would serve themselves well and the citizenry, the public they serve, if they would take the time to look for guidance for their important work in the context of the proper role of journalism in an enduring republic, if we are to have one.
Much has been written about journalism as the fourth estate and its vital important role in a republic. One of the best texts written on this subject is:
“The Elements of Journalism: What Newspeople Should Know and The Public Should Expect” by Bill Kovach and Tom Rosenstie (both still alive).
We should all strive to be better citizens and better journalists and recognize how we are not just inhabitants and electronic advocates. Without this, our future is tyranny.
Searching, probing, ceaselessly questioning, pend and pad, worn shoes on the pavement, hound dog investigating reporters have been replaced by advocacy journalists that today sadly are not much more than compliant lap dogs to this administration.
Freedom of the press is one thing, but we must not confuse liberty with license.

The media went nuts trying to get Bush's military records; they even manufactured them. This same media hasn't said a word about getting Obama's college transcripts; they don't even know his GPA.
Everything this nation stood for is under attack. An attack led by the MSM.

As usual Carlos hits the nail squarely on the head, with his comments.
It will be interesting to see what comes of all of this. The same people that are all over this as being something good, are the same folks that tell us that the Patriot Act is a bad thing and should be repealed.That of course only applies when it is one of their own that is under attack.
I think that the majority of the American public, will not respond , in a way that the Media wishes them to. Most people see this for what it is, a Witch Hunt, of the highest order.
Another thing to be noted from all of this, is the fact, that this is only the opening salvo, against Sarah Palin and any other politician who chooses to adopt her point of view. It is going to intensify as the Election of 2012, gets closer.
Somewhere down the line the Lefties.Progressives and even the MSM, are going to have to confront what has actually happened in this Country since the Dems took control of the Congress and The Fraud became President.
The American people, for the most part, vote according to what is happening in their own lives,like how much they are having to pay for gasoline, groceries and other products.
