Obama Administration Fires Back At Judge Vinson And His Decision
The White House said the Obamacare ruling by Judge Roger Vinson was a plain case of judicial overreach.
Earlier today Judge Roger Vinson ruled that the health reform legislation passed last year is unconstitutional. Not surprisingly this evoked a harsh reaction from the administration, which does not want to its main domestic accomplishment during the President’s first two years in office to be nullified by the courts.
On the White House’s blog, spokeswoman Stephanie Cutter writes: “Today’s ruling – issued by Judge Vinson in the Northern District of Florida – is a plain case of judicial overreaching.” She continues: “Those who claim that the “individual responsibility” provision exceeds Congress’ power to regulate interstate commerce because it penalizes “inactivity” are simply wrong. Individuals who choose to go without health insurance are actively making an economic decision that impacts all of us.”

So according to Obama and his other traitors, the Constitution and the Framer’s intent is now “Judicial Activism”.
The judge took great care to examine the legal precedents and show why Congress overreached. He nailed why the individuals had standing. He showed the Constitutional basis for his ruling.
Excuse me Obama jerk, more than half of all states are suing to nullify Obamacare and three states – Missouri, Arizona and Oklahoma – rejected the Obamacare mandate via ballot measure.
Sen. Jim DeMint said yesterday that all 47 GOP Senators are now on board as co-sponsors of his Obamacare repeal bill. Thank you God! And thank you Jim Demint.

OK, now lets light a fire under congress's lame ass and initiate a Letter of Impaeahment. Tried for treason, convicted and imprisoned for life in solitary confinement. Seems fitting although if I were handing out punishment, prison wouldn't be in my plan.

Anything that allows the government intrusion into our daily lives is unconstitutional. That was one of the main reasons for the revolt against England and our forming a nation.

How selective these Progressive Lefties are.
In the Ninth Circuit Court, for example, there are numerous examples of "Judicial Activism", in cases where Progressive issues, are involved.
When those decisions are revealed the immediate reaction of the Media and other Left Wingers, is to praise the decision and point out how wise and judicious, the Court is.
Most of the decisions rendered by that Court, are reversed by the SCOTUS, by the way.
Obama's own words regarding this Health Care disaster, come back to haunt him. How sweet it is.

Well, duh! If Congress would have bothered to read the Act before voting on it, that would have been quite obvious to them since most of them are lawyers.

Stephanie Cutter is a pro democracy advocate, which is what they do a rule by the majority. We, howver are a Republic, we choose to be governed by the Rule of Law. Where Individuaul Rights come before the majority. If we choose not to purchase their Health Care that is part of what is being an American is all about. That is why this Law is unconstitutional. No two ways about it. Also the provision in the Health Care Law that covers abortion and the Death Panels, that weren't supposed to be in the Law, suddenly reappear. This law is the biggest move toward Socialism ever. If we can defeat this law it will totally castrate obama and his Elitist ilk.
