Hosni Mubarak Resigns as President of Egypt
Egyptian Vice-President Omar Suleiman reading a brief statement announcing that Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak is stepping down after more than 30 years as ruler of Egypt. Mubarak has surrendered governing of the nation to Egypt’s military leadership.

Have you noticed this, the date from yesterday when he resigned? ........02-11-2011 .......Interesting date, it does not mean anything, I just thought it was interesting. .
Now we will see what happens with the military and the Muslim Brotherhood. One has to wonder if the Muslim Brotherhood has infiltrated the Egyptian Military. I would not automatically think that way except even our own military has muslims in it and there have been enough things happen that show us it is not a good thing. Anyway, I would think the chance of the MB controlling both the government and the military is extremely high.
Prayers for Israel. It’s going to get REALLY ugly. One thing for sure, I would not want to be an enemy of Israel. They are awesome!!!! Israel will beat them on any given day. And an Egypt with the Muslim Brotherhood in control is not good for the USA either. John Bolton said yesterday that we are right to be very, very concerned with the unfolding events in Egypt as it they could very well prove to be a highly destabilizing force in to our regional interests and to Israel in particular.
Obama is like Global Warming, which became Climate Change, which became Whatever Happens We Were Right.

One Islamic law is that if you pay Jizya, you are exempted from military service. I would expect that they are wanted about as much as gays are.
Don't know if Egypt has this one.
This is an Islamic law that is easily enforced within the structure of a modern nation state.
In Iraq back in 2006, they were toying with this law. Never did hear if they passed it or not.

Thank you for sharing the map indicating the location of the terrorist organizations.
I am a resident of San Pedro, California, which is indicated as one of the locations for a Hamas cell.
I mention this because San Pedro, happens to be the home of the largest Port along the West Coast. We have a constant stream of Container ships, Tankers and other vessels plying the international trade, entering and leaving the port,24/7/365.
The potential for a disastrous incident, which would cripple the shipping industry is always there. We have been given graphics of how many civilian casualties would occur, if a Nuclear device, that had been placed in a Container, were to go off. Not a pleasant projection, believe me.
So now I find that there is a group,whose goal is the destruction of America and all it stands for located in this town.
I'm not sure but I'm willing to bet that they are not located here because they enjoy the Climate and the View of the Pacific Ocean.
What is my Homeland Security organization doing about it? Certainly not making it public knowledge. Probably, "Monitoring the Situation". That meaning, that they really aren't doing much, if anything at all.

Sean, I bet you are right that they are not there for the gorgeous view or the climate. It shocked me to see how many place across our country. I thought oh ok maybe one or two someplace, then to see the map and details.....very concerning and scary.
