Obama Gets Senate Approval of START Nuclear Arms Pact With Russia
Obama secured another major legislative victory Wednesday with the Senate ratification of a nuclear arms treaty with Russia.
Vice President Biden presided over the Senate's 71-26 vote with Secretary Hillary Clinton in attendance.
Then Obama celebrated a “world without nuclear weapons” today after the signing of the START Treaty with Russia.
So far he has not been able to persuade Iran, Syria and North Korea to join him in making this a reality.
“This treaty will enhance our leadership to stop the spread of nuclear weapons and seek the peace of a world without them.”

Amazing how much damage these weasels can do in a short amount of time. The “public servants” don’t pay much attention to Americans anymore. They’ve ALL got their own agenda and America is their target.
The Republican senators who voted in favor of moving ahead with the treaty Tuesday were :
Alexander (TN)
Bennett (UT) - retiring
Brown (MA)
Cochran (MS)
Collins (ME)
Gregg (NH) - retiring
Isakson (GA)
Johanns (NE)
Lugar (IN)
Murkowski (AK)
Snowe (ME)
Voinovich (OH) - retiring
Bravo to the Republican Senators who refused to sign on to this flawed treaty. Not a single Democrat voted no.
All also voted in favor of ratification Wednesday, as did Gregg. In addition, Sen. Mike Johanns (R-Neb.) voted for the treaty, pushing the total yes votes to 71.
The final numbers on the roll call vote ratifying the treaty.
These people have no regard for American Safety and are typical “go-along-to get-along” republicans and should be voted out of office as soon as possible. Every RINO that voted for this and DADT repeal must be fired in 2012

If the Russians are stupid enough to go along with this Treaty, then they deserve it too. Obama is living in a Fantasy World, if he believes this nonsense. Reagan had his Treaties but everything hung on VERIFICATION, not this hopey-changey crap this asshole has come up with.
As far as I'm concerned, obama has made us all the weaker. He proposed in the campaign to eliminate 80% of our Nuclear Arsenel. And the bamabots bought into this crap.
Not a good situation to be in.

To think that stupid people in Alaska just reelected Murkowski with Russian fighter aircraft again intruding into Alaskan airspace. Them and Murkowski sent the Russians a real strong message.
