Not Upholding His Oath Of Office, Obama Says "America is Not Defined by our Borders"
Obama speaking to U.S. Troops in Afghanistan yesterday, where he said, “America is not defined by our borders. We are defined by a common creed.”
Obama went on to quote from the Declaration of Independence, and actually decided to include a reference to “our Creator” instead of editing it out as he has done on several occasions
Obama would be right in saying that America is not defined ONLY by our borders. We are united by the ideals set forth in the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution.
But that is not what he said. He said America is “NOT defined by our borders.” Actually, we do have borders, and those borders should mean something. Obama has a sworn duty to enforce the laws of the United States, and he clearly does not see Border Security as an important issue.
