DEMOCRAT Rep. Jan Schakowsky Wants More Redistributing The Nation’s Wealth
Video of an interview with Russia Today, Congresswoman Schakowsky .
Democrat Rep. Jan Schakowsky demonstrates the "redistribution of the wealth" mindset among Democrats. She thinks that will save the U.S. from becoming a "Banana Republic" with no "middle class."
Among her top concerns: extending Bush-era tax cuts for all income levels!!
Democrat Rep. Jan Schakowsky actually suggesting that the United States is moving toward becoming a “Banana Republic” with a disappearing Middle Class because the U.S. Government is not doing a good enough job of “redistributing” the wealth of the nation. She was attacking extending the Bush Tax Cut Rates to all Americans.
This is the mindset of Democrats – that it is the role of Federal Government to take from some Americans and give to others to create an equal distribution of wealth in the nation. Of course, the truth is that the fastest route to the U.S. becoming a “Banana Republic” is for the Government to get more and more involved in managing the economy of the nation. Go to the “Banana Republics” of the world and you will see the Government heavily involved in the major industries of the country, always under the guise of helping the people. What always happens is corruption by the those doing the “managing,” lining their own pockets.
Bigger Government, and more Government control is not the answer. Free Enterprise is what has built the United States into the strongest Middle Class in the world, and that is what will keep us there. Less Government control, regulation and interference is what we need to unleash the free market forces that will start more businesses, create jobs and provide a way for people to better themselves. An ever-expanding Government with more and more people becoming dependent on what comes from Washington helps the Democrats expand their power – but it does not help the nation.

Wild Thing's comment......
She has close ties to America's largest marxist organization, Democratic Socialists of America. She is a member of the far left Congressional Progressive Caucus, has been close to D.S.A., or its preceding organization, the Democratic Socialist Organizing Committee since the 1970s. Jan Schakowsky has been one Congresss' most loyal and consistent Barack Obama supporters. Unsurprizing perhaps as President Obama also has a long history with Democratic Socialists of America.
Just who are the Congressional Progressive Caucus? It’s a rogues gallery filled with politicians like Barney Frank, Maxine Waters, Pete Stark, Alan Grayson, and Nancy Pelosi .
Just look at the damage inflicted to the core of American political life by the Progressives as evidenced by the failed governments in Illinois, California, and New Jersey. It wasn’t free-market policies that delivered multi-billion dollar state deficits and financial damage. It was the failed socialist policies of the Progressives.

Doesn't this fool realize that American became the most powerful and wealthiest nation on earth by not redistributing its peoples wealth?

Sure, I lay awake nights worried about the inherited wealth of Paris Hilton. Envy is a sin Jan. Worry about yourself and get govt. out of our lives.

Yup, Demo-rats always feel generous giving away someone else's money. Think Schakowsky would every give away any of her own wealth to the "little people"? Not a chance; she needs all that money (and more) for doing her politics thing for "social justice," you know.

Environmental Justice
Social Justice
Economic Justice
There's no justice in any of the above. Just demo-speak for socialism. Ron Paul had a good piece on this. http://www.safehaven.com/article/19409/distorting-the-tax-policy-debate
TomR, there is no more sin. It was invalidated by Executive Order.
