Sadly enough, Vietnam vets are still being judged today. The RI Combat Veteran Motorcycle Association denied membership to a Vietnam combat veteran because he questioned the egotistical state rep about being prospected (pledged) which is against the CVMA rules. This Vietnam combat veteran served with a RECON outfit and earned a CIB plus other awards and met all reauirements to join the RI CVMA. The RI CVMA state rep is a Iraq rear echilon vet and fabricated all sorts of stories to sell this Vietnam combat vets denial. The National CVMA was contacted in April of 2010 and did nothing to correct this problem.

I had not seen many of those photos before. As usual WT, you took an interesting story and made it even more interesting. Thanks for that video. This is the first time I have seen it.

Thank you Chrissie, I recognized that Khe Sanh vest photo. Thank you for that wonderful video. The VFW denied some of us membership, we hadn't fought a real war was the excuse, granted it wasn't a declared war that 58,178 men died in.
