Double Standard Democrats Want To Ban Conservatives "Young Gun" Book Promotion
Remember the other day I posted this promotional video above about the “Young Guns: A New Generation of Conservative Leaders”
Well, now the lefties don't like it so the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) filed a complaint with the Federal Elections Commission against the promotion of the “Young Guns: A New Generation of Conservative Leaders” book by Reps. Eric Cantor of Virginia, Kevin McCarthy of California and Paul Ryan of Wisconsin. In addition to the book they have a promotion tour and released a video.
The DCCC’s argument is that promoting the book violates election law.
Which prompted this statement:
“After a year of failing to get Americans back to work, with a president embarrassingly off message, and with candidates hemorrhaging in the polls, it’s no wonder the DCCC is hyperventilating,” said Brad Dayspring, Eric Cantor’s spokesman.
Democrats argue it is fine to ban book promotion
The “Young Guns” have a book. They also have a promotion tour and a video. Now, the Democrats could engage in a battle of ideas. But that’s not what they do. (are you surprised?)
Instead the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee files a complaint with the Federal Election Commission that promoting the book violates election law. Really. By their interpretation, a book publisher cannot promote a book if it is political.
What is the mechanism? The publisher posts a video by the authors about their book that contains a link to a website that takes political contributions. It is after all, a political manifesto.
Restating, Democrats use the power of the federal government to attempt to prohibit the political speech and promotion of speech by their political enemies. That’s the kind of thing that lead to the American Revolution. Tea Parties make perfect sense in this context

So I have a question for the democrats.. The democrats tax all of us to give money to the Unions and the Unions use that money to donate to THEIR canidates that are all democrats. We found this out since Obama became president and we learned where money from the stimuls that Obama did had gone to and......also how the Unions had asked for more money and Obama saw fit to try and make that happen once again as well. All from OUR Tax dollars from us even if we are not democrats.
So why the hell is it OK for the democrats to do that and then they turn around and say what they have about the book and video by the “Young Guns: A New Generation of Conservative Leaders”.

Ban a book? Isn't that what the Nazis and the communists did. There was never any talk about banning obama's two autobiographies. Sounds like the Dems are motivating toward a dictatorship.

Hitler's Nuremberg mass rallies were scaled up copies of Ivy league rallies from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
